This was the scariest game I played as a kid. All the happy dolphins where suddenly taken away as I reached for the sky and I fell back into a cold and empty ocean plus the eerie background music, giant crabs lunging at you from nowhere, and a clip of the last level just made me quit.

This game was and still is awesome... its a puzzle game released in 1992 without the super-sheen graphics, 3D layering malarky all modern day games use at the expense of making it a challenge... Never completed Ecco the Dolphin... I nailed Halo in a week and my 11 year old nephew destroyed COD in about the same amount of time... Games are getting easier...
Did the people who made this have some part in Sonic & Knuckles for the genesis? Because some of the art work like the ice level at 7:00 and music sounds and looks very similar to that in the Sonic & Knuckles games.
So pushing random junk in the sea into rocks blocking your path makes the rocks disappear? Is that why hes pushing that shit around? And what are the crystals? wtfbbqwat?
How is this 100% when they don't even rescue the pods from the first couple levels? 100% nothing. Change the name. Plus, the run sucks. Garbage speedrun.

Idk why but when I was younger and this game was on sega mega drive it used to scare the shit out me... I hated going underwater, or out in the open..
