That’s potentially the cause. The car has been damp before, as they all have. There’s a video coming up where I do a full LED conversion on the rear end and sealing the lights on a semi-permanent basis. Whatever the cause was, it looks like it had gone as far as it had with its service life, so it needed to be changed. With this being a common issue, I thought that a video like this might be if some help to someone else.
It looks like it's where the car was damp for a long period, the same reason people have indicator issues, it all goes green, not actually worn out
