  • Transition Flow Drill #1:
    Strike chosen head or neck target until you see your opponent stagger (or knockout). This does not have to be consecutive strikes; there can be an extreme amount of interaction before this happens. Once your opponent staggers, break their structure using arm and leg points attempting to take your opponent to the ground. If breaking structure fails, go back to staggering your opponent. Once on the ground attempt to secure a superior position, either side mount or full mount. In the superior position you can do one of the following:
    - Continue striking vital targets
    - Compress two targets at a time to open your opponent to a choke.
