Killing Dogmeat is number 1. In Fallout 1 a guy asks you to, and if you were used to generic RPGs like I was then you'll do exactly that...but even before knowing you can recruit him you know you've done something wrong

i thought the worst thing you can do is not buy skyrim for the 10th time
in fallout 3 there’s another child you can enslave: the kid from grayditch- when you give him the collar he asks “what is this thing?” and you can respond- “something to remember me by” and i think that is one of the most delightfully evil moments in the games
you can also torment the inhabitants of Tranquility Lane.
Another one is when you return to Vault 101, you sabotage their water supply. It forces all the residents to evacuate and over time you can find some of their bodies scattered in the waste. I only found this out in my most recent playthrough

yup! just go into the reactor room and sabotage the reactor, Amana will escape and everyone else will die, she will disappear into the wastes, probably hating you forever.@@AzathothTheTrueGod

I'd say the act of the player becoming a cannibal is a horrific choice not because they're a cannibal, but because they are a cannibal for no reason. It's one thing if you turn to eating a fallen member of your community while the group is literally starving to death, but the player is really not in the position where cannibalism should even be a thought.

In Fallout 4 with Billy the game does give you a chance to redeem yourself after selling Billy by letting you kill the slaver
Taking the waterchip from Necropolis without fixing the water pump thing is pretty freaking evil

I think in 4, if you pick the cannibal perk then you should have to loot the "human meat" then if you eat it raw you risk infection etc or you can cook it at a cooking workbench and get higher HP and no ill effects
There is a player mod that does that.
uh eating raw meat fresh is the same as eating cooked meat...
theres a reason why our ancestors ate straight off the bone before fire, no time for bacteria to grow
Since cannibalism is a perk u get from the pipboy, it could mean the function is preinstalled by the developers of the os. OR, a bit more farfetched, the pipboy is only designed to calculate human/the survival of its user, and the "ai" could scour the net and include cannibalism as a last resort.
But thats just my theory

I used up to gobble up the lore left and right and when I actually played Fallout 3 it was rather a slow walk and grind simulator.
And from a technical perspective it was a catastrophe. I didn't continue playing it because the game would always crash at a certain part.

Was kind of surprised you didn’t touch on the Steel Plague ending of Fallout 1 - maybe an 'unforeseen consequences' video might be a good idea to discuss it and other aftershocks the player couldn’t have guessed?
Betraying arcade to the legion has to be one of the evilest things you could do. Slavery in any form is awful, but to know that you’re forced to save the life of somebody who is murdering and enslaving everybody you knew has got to shatter the soul.
But he's written to sound like what a Redditor thinks a smart person should sound like. What's that, Arcade? "Go fornicate yourself"? See, this is why I sold you to Caesar.
One day I'll go for the ending where Caesar conquers Vegas and Arcade gets arrested by the NCR as a war criminal during the evacuation because a Ranger recognizes his Enclave armor.
Alternatively: He is serving a purpose greater than himself, and obviously makes quite the impression on Caesar, as he mourns his poetic suicide for months without end.
I have a raider character called “Atrox the Flayer”. “Atrox” is latin for severally cruel and horrendous”. Its also were the English for for atrocity comes from. He is an extremely evil dude even for raiders standards. Looks terrifying too.

You forgot becoming the child killer from fallout 1 & 2.
He also left out killing Frank Weathers' wife and children in New Vegas. I don't think I've ever rescued them in any of my playthroughs. Dropping the radioactive barrels on Cottonwood Cove is the most common cause of death, but I've also sniped them from outside their draw distance by shooting at the corners of the slave pen where they always sit.
Once, when I was feeling particularly ambitious, I massacred the Legion forces, took care not to loot the keys off Canyon Runner as doing so would automatically remove the explosive collars, picked the lock on the gate, and told them it was safe to leave. I invariably finish the quest with the "About your family..." dialogue option, having started the quest by taunting him for his cowardice. If ruining Frank's life is wrong, I don't want to be right.

i did it once, regretted it entirely, Tenpenny Player Home sucks dick, you lose out on a bunch of Quests potentially, and if that wasnt bad enough, your dad is disappointed in you if you do it.

Fallout 3: Destroying the Brotherhood of Steel's Citadel does give you access to an otherwise inaccessible door. Behind which is the most powerful hand-cannon in the entire game. It's the only way you can get that prize.

I dont know if its evil but I always slaughter the railroad after getting the chip looked at in Fallout 4. No matter what faction I side with in a playthrough, I always do it. 😂

The Gourmand is the name of the restaurant and run by the White Glove Society. The Gourmands are the gang in FO76. I liked that being a Cannibal gave you positive affinity with Strong.
Study the effects of anxiety by stalking the Nightkin.
Fallout 4 doesn't really punish you for being a cannibal some companions might dislike it and it could lower your Affinity with them and that's about it.
Becoming a Nuka Raider in Fallout 4 is also evil, when you start dominating the Commonwealth you can either enslave or massacre the entire settlement, it also locks you out of the main quest.
I just sold Bumble and received no negative effects. Went and killed everyone in paradise falls anyway

The idea of poisoning of Project Purity was supposed to rid the world of super mutants and ghouls. Eden was not expecting to kill humans with it. It just so happens that many have slight mutations.
Its still evil as you the PLAYER know that some people would have slight mutations and you KNOW there are friendly ghouls

Literally everyone who didn't grow up in a vault or in the enclave would be killed. They're all mutated.
Eden would definitely know this too, that was his whole goal.
@theironfox2756 Eden idea was to get rid of any kind of mutation to keep humanity pure. Little did he know that so many humans are mutated, though.
There should be a final level to the Cannibalism perk called Wendigo where you get a ridiculous buff for partaking in the taboo act; however, there would be scripted scenarios where quests can abruptly end with it becoming essentially guaranteed in any instance where meat, food, flesh, guts, et cetera is mentioned. Since it would be extreme punishment, the enticing perk should be +10 to all SPECIAL stats but -20 to all if not consuming human flesh after a certain amount of time.
I still think child slavery for Paradise Falls is insanely evil.
it's arguable, tbh the kids of Little Lamplight end up in a terrible existence, as they end up in Big Town, IF they even survive the trek to begin with. at least as a slave, Bumble may have ended up in a more secure life,. hell just doibg Mezz work for the Slavers is equally morally grey, the people on your hitlist are assholes, racists and ex-slavers. just like Moriarity has you hunting down that Junkie Bitch, Silver if you are lacking the coin, but eager to work. she's a thief and a chem addict.

You also drop a nuke on the citadel and eliminate the brotherhood of steel. In New Vegas, you also get special bonuses for killing and eating certain key characters.
You also get to kill the death claws and keep the egg in fallout 4 to hand over for the death claw omulette recipe.
16:46 For anybody who's interested there's a mod for that called Masters Of The Madre on Nexus. This mod let's players continue after that ending with new quests, weapons and mechanics as well as a way back to the Sierra Madre resort. Reed the mod page in it's entirety though because there are some specific things for this mod to work properly its mostly game related like which side quests not to do for one quest to work.

!SPOILER! I did this in Far Harbor. Replaced Tektus with a synth, collected all the items and then activated the rocket in the Nucleus.

I think trying to launch nukes via the Switchboard in Fallout 4 is quite evil despite it not actually doing anything. Trying to launch them shows you're willing to potentially cause immense suffering, likely in China, for literally no reason at all.

"Antagonist" doesn't mean "bad guy." Protagonist just means they move the story.
Indiana Jones was technically the antagonist in Raiders.

Almost none, which could be because we can't actually create a clean slate character.
Instead we follow an adult who had already lived a good life.
You fundamentally misunderstand The Legion. The thing you claim against them, you could claim against almost any civilization in the history of the world, the argument is not that these aspects are cool or good, but needed to rebuild the world, They embrace a materialist understanding of society, not trapped in the idealism of other factions.
Slavery is objectively morally wrong. There’s no justification for it regardless of whether previous civilizations enacted it at various points. There have been civilizations that didn’t require slaves to succeed. The Legion’s use of slavery alone makes them an evil faction, there’s no justification for it.
