The sound better then the 700N and DO have simgle stage ANC through the sony app

Could someone help with my problem? It happened second time this week and now temporarily can't hear any audio playing. I can hear earbuds system sound when connecting etc but no sound
Did all the reset and pairing and finally restarting my phone solved the problem 👍

I have a question if I get this the charging cable is not included and what should I get to charge the box?
The charger is included, I clearly say it in the video. Slow down and just watch all the way through.
