Love the Movie and John Woo's Directing the emotion's. This is all John Woo like his old Hongkong Movies, very dramatic and emotional. Europeans love this Film! Greetings from Germany.
Sadly I'm a little late and I think the reaction video got removed or is blocked in my country, but Face/Off is a fun movie, plus I like Nicolas Cage, he does unhinged characters very well
Hi there, yes, after creating about a dozen different versions, they removed the video, so I created a new version, which they allowed in the U.S., but is blocked in over 200 other countries. BUT, my friend, you can watch our reaction to FACE OFF on Rumble. Here's the link. Let me know if it works for you. Enjoy: rumble.com/v5afpst-face-off-1997-boss-movie-reactions.html
Can you please react to The Heavenly Kid (1985 ) Starring Jason Gedrick Hilarious comedy. My fav comedy of all time I requested 4 movies 🎬 that is all my requests ❤❤❤😊😊😊
That's a great point, Mike. The long action sequences do put the brakes on the story, and after a while, it's tiresome. I saw this movie when it came out, watching it again, I'm like cooooome onnnn already, and that's via your skillfull and seamless condensed version. I also find slow motion tiresome. My rule is you can use it once. Lord of the Rings killed slow motion for me, it seemed like 50% of the time those movies were using slow motion for emphasis. If one uses emphasis too much, it ceases to emphasize anything but the tired dead horse that is perpetually and needlessly being flogged. Back to action sequences, though, as this isn't an LOTR afterthoughts, and I hope there never is one. Face off, although it has a cool concept (once your disbelief is suspended), falls into action porn for me. The idea, although interesting, isn't one that can drive a long story. So instead the story is really about two guys endlessly chasing each other and firing lots of bullets. Not the most interesting thing after about 3 minutes, as you said, which I entirely agree with. I prefer even less than 3 minutes, make it a beautiful 30 seconds and then let's get on with the story if there's one worth pursuing. I also don't like seeing a lot of people getting hurt and murdered, the body count doesn't do anything for me but make me feel bad for people. It seems like instead of finding interesting and clever ways to make the bad guy hateful via--I dunno--writing, John W just decided "let's show him murdering people." You have to give it to John, it does make you hate the guy, but it's a pretty darn cheap and lazy (plus disturbing) way to go about it. As always, loved the reaction and thought your afterthoughts were spot-on. This should have been a 5-10 minute short in my opinion.
Hi Charles, I don't know, I've seen WAY dumber movies... And as I've said, once you get over the "face-switching" scenario, it becomes quite entertaining. Have a great weekend. (:
Everything you said Mike. Movies are made to entertain and I think this one succeeded in doing that. Ty.
Thanks for watching and commenting! (:
Thank you for your thoughts.
My pleasure, LoneBear! (:

Thanks, Kevin, I checked our list and added your suggestion. Thanks! (:

I mean the movie should have been 5-10 minutes, not your reaction video. It's not your fault John Woo decided to go on forever.
Haha, your points are well taken! Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts! (:
Yeah, I understood! ((:
One of the dumbest movies EVER
