- Queen's ex-aide reacts to Prince Harry and Meghan's new TV show | Palace Confidential. Plans for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to let the cameras into their home to film a ‘docu-series’ have been branded desperate by a former senior Palace aide. Dickie Arbiter, who was press spokesman to both the Queen and Prince Charles, told Palace Confidential that the move appears to contradict the Harry and Meghan's desire for privacy. ‘It smacks of desperation,’ he said. ‘It’s a bit rich, two people who left the UK, walked out of the Royal Family, because they wanted privacy, they’ve done nothing else but put themselves up front and a week doesn’t go by when there isn’t some sort of statement coming out of their PR people.’

For two people who strenuously stated they wanted to be away from any cameras, these two have proven they will go to any lengths to be in front of those cameras they supposedly despise.
The difference between being in front of cameras working for RF or working for selves is M O N E Y. They want money, the more the better. The only interesting thing about HIM is he is ex-RF. Nothing much special about HER except her claims of being a great humanitarian whilst cutting off her Father and her white relatives and trashing her new relatives, her in-laws. They did say they could serve without being in the RF, however, from the evidence of all the deals they have tried to make, it is clear the service they mean is SELF service for as much money as possible. It is getting very stale I just wish they would both disappear, be quiet, be private, go home and do some actual work for Harry’s employer who was so gracious to offer him a job in the first place. I cannot imagine he has done much in that area in view of what he has been doing over the past few months. Are they actually worth big bucks, they don’t seem to be able to deliver on anything but nit-picking trivial complaints?

A Docuseries gives facts and information about a real person and events. Definition in the "Cambridge" English dictionary. The Harkles will tell their "TRUTHS" to justify how they got to this point. ie footage, Media, Oprah interview, public opinion, Front page headlines. docu is short for documentary, which is a single video. series explains itself so docu series is a documentary over several episodes with each focusing on some specific part of something larger. not that hard to understand.

No allowing them to attend the jubilee was a very clever move, they were not invited, until horrid kept begging to be allowed to come, they had babysitters monitoring everything they did, winding the window down in a bulletproof car with blacked out windows, so she could be seen by the camera's made a nonsense of his claim that they are a target and at high risk and danger. hope the judge in that case takes this into account. they made complete fools of themselves being wired with a microphone when they went to the cathedral, it is als suspected that they also had a hidden camera on them as well, they were booed going in and out of the cathedral, people inside, gave them dirty looks and were clearly disgusted that they were there. their attendance got them everything they deserved and was a clear shot across the bows for them.

Knee and hip reconstruction is well known to only last 10 years (one of the main reasons surgeons will put off doing them until you’re elderly). 2003 means she has well and truly past the 10 year mark. At 96, I wouldn’t consider having surgery again.

Allegedly also the case went to Court fighting not to hand baby over, believe it was in Colorado Courts, as the surrogates parents also live in Colorado allegedly. The truth needs to come out allegedly.

I am an American and I think it’s ridiculous to go around apologizing for the past. As seen through present day lens, many of the past actions of ALL countries were horrendous, but they would not have happened today. However, the past actions were accepted by the world during that epoch. Neither the UK nor the USA has the monopoly on slavery, bad treatment of foreign people and exploitation of other countries’ natural resources. Until all the men stop mistreating women now, treating them as slaves and/or less than human, mutilating their bodies now, then no apologies are due for the past because men are mistreating women TODAY. Where is their apology for all the evil they have visited on women? And when will they stop?
I agree with you. I hate this movement that the current US government should pay reparations to descendants of slaves. It is NOT my fault that the slavery thing happened in a previous century -- don't use my taxpayer dollars to pay descendants who also had nothing to do with it. Slavery was bad, but do I have to pay for it?
Of course you do... but then again, you don't remember how all Indigenous children were taken from their families at the age of 5 years and moved hundreds of miles away to attend schools where they were abused, some very cruelly, and many died. (The Truth & Reconciliation has documented 4,118 children who died in those schools). Many of these schools shut down in the 70s, but some didn't shut down until the 90s. The memories are very fresh. I teach in a First Nations school. The parents and grandparents are traumatized, and you'd better believe that it affects the children. I agree that Prince Charles' tour should be primarily celebratory, and that the offense does not lie at the feet of the Royal Family, but rather at the feet of the Canadian Government.... still let's also show a bit of humanity, shall we? Apologies are not ridiculous to those who have been seriously hurt. Put yourself in the shoes of others and have some compassion. Imagine having your 5 year old ripped from your arms. Imagine being that child.

I agree with the comments about the tendency of the tours becoming apology tours. I am fourth-generation Canadian and I am tired of the First Nations continuous requests for apologies. Hopefully Prince Charles and the Duchess will come back and give Canadians an authentic Royal tour with all the pomp and ceremony. The Prince and Duchess and their staff must be absolutely exhausted from their three day trip.

Do you realize that to become a Republic, all Canadian Federal political parties must be in agreement plus each of the Provincial Political parties must be in agreement and then there would have to be a Public Referendum? After all that there still has to be a definite plan for what type of government would replace the present. It would never succeed. Just shut up and stop complaining. Canada does not need a Presidency and a mess like the USA.

It depends what Italians you are referring to since Italy did not become a country till 1861 before then they were regions with different dialects and the Northerners are distinctly different (Aplinids - Celtic) living amongst mountainous regions. English sailors died in and around the Caribbean protecting and freeing slaves. The British Union Jack was the nightmare of every slaving ship on the High seas for years. Oh and African were capturing other Africans and enslaving them long, long before Europeans came on the scene.
Do some bloody research, this is a big, big subject and far too important to have no more than a superficial knowledge of it. You could do worse than start by listening to Professor David Starkey on the matter.
