I actually think it's the best pronunciation. Restored Classical Pronunciation with actual /v/ sounds sounds awesome, and not "dirty" like Ecclesiastical, but not too "rigid" à la RCP.
She isn't using the Classical Reconstructed pronunciation, but a version of the generic Medieval pronunciation found all over Europe east of the Alps, with the values of C and TI adjusted to their Classical values.
