I was watched a Spanish TPRS and it wierd but at the end of 1 hour class I could understand and more importantly make sentences like "Hay uno chiko", "El Chicko es George", "George está en California", etc. TPRS, natural method, etc., though they are not replacments, they sort of work.. you have to admit. You all know how to say butt in Latin, you hear it in gyms every day "gluteus maximus" or glutei plural. I would have loved to have him as my Latin teacher in HS although he continues to use ubi to say who, but ubi means where, he should use quis instead. P. S. It's not gracias as in the Spanish pronounciation but gratias, it sounds like grazie in Italian but with as instead of e at the end.
