you all prolly dont give a damn but does any of you know a trick to get back into an instagram account?? I stupidly forgot the account password. I love any help you can offer me
@Jett Leon Thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site on google and Im in the hacking process now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
ur coconut chutney is super...i made it..my husband really like it.. n my 6 yr old girl is a fan of u..whenever i connect net she will come with a book to write down the recepie..
You are great. I love your cooking.... Please reply me... You are the best. Now I am getting the taste which I used to miss in many recipe. I learn so much from you.
Absolutely scrumptious! I have still to perfect the breaking of the coconut though! I have tried both the freezer and the oven. This certainly dislodges the fruit from the shell. My problem however, is the shell which does not break very easily. Thanks Sanjay, you are a great chef!
There's nothing better than using fresh coconut and breaking it the way chef showed.I have tried using those frozen grated coconut.they're so dry and tasteless.think they squeeze some of the milk from the coconuts.Compare the taste of freshly ground and readily available grated coconut.i'll always use fresh coconut now that i know the easy way .thanks Chef!this was awesome.Mainly coz u showed the way to use fresh coconut.
I have made this chutney many times and love it every time. Thank you sooo......much chef. As I said before in one of my comments here , you are the Alchemist . Every recipe gets transformed to something heavenly when I do it your way.
Thank you Sooooooooooooooooo much for coconut breaking technique Sir. I love coconut chutney but i don't know how to break it in a simple way because of that only stupid reason i missed my awesome chutney from two years. We all love your Cooking style Sir..
It's a big and important partner of idlis, vadas, all types of dosas etc. during mornings breakfasts or evenings snacks. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful and tasty nicely explained recipe video for the viewers.
You are great! As far as coconut water goes, the stuff in a ripe coconut is yuck. It's the water (and jelly) from young coconuts that is sweet, delicious and nutritious. Thank you for the incredible videos!
Hi Sanjay , thanks for the tasty dishes that you cook for us on your site, you are just adorable, enjoy watching and following your recipes, god bless you, jo
You don't have to add so many ingredients for making coconut chutney, because too many ingredients scares away people. Just grind to paste grated coconut with salt and green or red chilli to a fine paste. Then just apply a tempering with mustard, red chilli, and curry leaves. The other ingredients are optional. Even without them cutney will taste good
Hello, I enjoy your cooking videos and your enthusiasm for the food. I adore coconut and use it from drinking the coconut water to wearing coconut as a fragrance. I have frozen coconut that I want to use for the chutney but never used it frozen. How would I use it and would it be ok to grind by hand since I don't have a blender? Thanks. Take care.
U r master of master chefs, I m eagerly waiting for Ur new Biryani to come sir, till now so many biryanis u showed to us, each time I tried it and always it's delicious
dear chef, thanks for the recipe,I would like to share with you a tip on how my mother makes this chutney, she uses rock salt and a bit a fresh coriander while grinding the coconut, the rock salt gives a very tangy and unique taste to the chutney.
When u peel the coconut the chutney tastes different N good, The top layer some times spoils the chutney taste . IF you use a dry grated coconut you have to take only the white one happy cooking
superb I tried it it was so tasty and my husband gave me a best complement for dis dish which I prepared like u thanks so much I am ur great fan of you any dish I will learn from ur video only
Thanks chef for showing the tip for breaking the coconut...OMG it was so so super easy, believe me it was a herculean task for me before. My most favortite food is idli-chutney and I make it regularly at home. Coconut breaking tip has made it more more easy to make and helpful for me. Thanks tonns....
You are great chef and excellent teacher, i am originally from Pakistan and live most of my life in CANADA so i get to try different types of cousins and then wanted to try by myself as well when ever i wanted to make something new i mostly learn from you 😊👍🏽
@sudeesh01 With due respect and I am being a south Indian, I have a problem with the method you described. Not necessarily it breaks into two halves. Even if it does we need to peel off the outer hard shell for grating. This is what we do back home. But the chef's method has advantage, we can remove the shell and grate very easily. I did it, it is awesome. I don't think we really want to grate coconut like in good old days. I hope people remember how hard it is.
Fabulous! And very traditional with hing instead of garlic or onions ppl do these days that lie heavy on the stomach and give bad smell in the mornings. Great recipe chef! ❤
I've just made this and it's outstanding - the first excellent coconut chutney recipe I've seen on the net. Many thanks, chef, and I've signed up for your web-site too - we love watching your videos coz you're so funny :)
