My friend from Mysore taught me how to make dosa last week, and I've just made this chutney which compliments it brilliantly! I've been vegan for almost 2 years now and it has become obvious that Indian cooking is one of the best ways to eat for me. Thank you very much, you have a new subscriber.

The most easiest and tastiest ang even quickest chutney I ever tasted and prepared .... thank u so much sir... u r my mother as I learned cooking from u since 7 yrs of my marriage.... perfect to our family taste buds
Your food making is awesome me and my son most of the time watches ur vahchef food. Most of the receipes I have tried it sir like fish fry Idli and Dosa batter chicken fry etcccccc it's all delicious. Moreover among many of the receipes my son's best one is fish fry I loved it sir. Thank u very much sir for ur videos
One thing I like about him very much that he himself so tempted with his recipe.... That the main things person should make any food keeping his level of likes and dislikes not keeping other likes and dislikes.... If we ourselves not interested with our recipe how could we make others to like it... Really love his way of cooking excitement temptation....
Prepared this Chutney many times and each time my family ate it, they have enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing this recipe and thank you for that gentleman who shared this to you. I have also shared my chutney with others and they have enjoyed it.
This is my favourite chutney since childhood and my mum still makes this (the idlis disappear fast!)... Being a malayali brought up in Andhra , this was one thing i loved from Andhra cuisine...amazing with paper dosa... and now even i have learned to make this... Thank you for giving the idea of adding urad dal to the talimpu (oil fry) and grinding the oil fry.. will definitely try that now!!
I'm from Philippine but I learn different kinds of indians foods because of you. Thant why my resume husband is so happy everytime I make indians food.
This peanut chutney is to die for! Such a simple recipe with basic ingredients, but the taste is delightful. I have made and served this with dosas, idlis, upma, chutney sandwich and as a complementary accompaniment with so many other dishes. It has been a superhit item on the menu every single time. Thank you for this recipe.
The suppoundings, the flavor of the ingredients as well as the exact quantity rather then eyeballing everything will make a huge difference...so those who want to..will learn and yet want to taste the original chutney from a guy doing it for the past 20 years... :) so chill..and enjoy a bit of chutney...:)
Really tasty. I hate the haters, jealous stupid loser people. This guy is helping so many people specially single people who r out side India. Chef I really appreciate all u do and how u r inspiring others. God bless you.

susheel sundar I second tht.. Wat an 💥!! Can u guide me how to blend it then.. ?i did put pressure but in vain
What else can we expect when steaming hot mixture is grinded. Using ice cold water will avoid explosion i guess
U can just blend it without water first, then gradually blend it by adding water
