My friend from Mysore taught me how to make dosa last week, and I've just made this chutney which compliments it brilliantly! I've been vegan for almost 2 years now and it has become obvious that Indian cooking is one of the best ways to eat for me. Thank you very much, you have a new subscriber.
The most easiest and tastiest ang even quickest chutney I ever tasted and prepared .... thank u so much sir... u r my mother as I learned cooking from u since 7 yrs of my marriage.... perfect to our family taste buds
You are really one of the best Indian chef I know. You r God gifted. U r a great cook and also a great human being. Thanks for everything you do to help others
One thing I like about him very much that he himself so tempted with his recipe.... That the main things person should make any food keeping his level of likes and dislikes not keeping other likes and dislikes.... If we ourselves not interested with our recipe how could we make others to like it... Really love his way of cooking excitement temptation....
Prepared this Chutney many times and each time my family ate it, they have enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing this recipe and thank you for that gentleman who shared this to you. I have also shared my chutney with others and they have enjoyed it.
This is my favourite chutney since childhood and my mum still makes this (the idlis disappear fast!)... Being a malayali brought up in Andhra , this was one thing i loved from Andhra cuisine...amazing with paper dosa... and now even i have learned to make this... Thank you for giving the idea of adding urad dal to the talimpu (oil fry) and grinding the oil fry.. will definitely try that now!!

This chatny is just like lingaiah tiffin center, mallepally. which is so yammy. I have been seeing this since 30 years, same taste, same colour, same rush.

Few lines for dear "Bahut pyar se bolte Bahut pyar se banate ho Wah chef kya khne tumare Tum apne jado se Muh nein pani le ayte ho" amazing cooking style
The suppoundings, the flavor of the ingredients as well as the exact quantity rather then eyeballing everything will make a huge difference...so those who want to..will learn and yet want to taste the original chutney from a guy doing it for the past 20 years... :) so chill..and enjoy a bit of chutney...:)
hi chef i tried it its awwwwesome best chutney my husband likes it with idli dosa utappa or even simply to eat like that n my favrte chutney of all time thnx for sharing
My mum is from andrah and she always made peanut chutney but my husband’s family are Tamil from Srilanka and they always seem more keen on the coconut one. I miss my peanut chutney! With all those chillies!!!! Xx
Another version of this can be spicy peanut butter. Just don't use water when grinding peanut mixture. Let it be a pit thick and pasty. Let the existing oil help to loosen it or add little peanut oil to make it pliable. Then add the tempering. The resulting peanut butter is heavenly.
First time, it was very spicy as I added more chilly powder. Second time, math were perfect with ingredients. In the end the taste was awesome...Thanks for sharing.
Keep coming back to this recipe chef!

susheel sundar I second tht.. Wat an 💥!! Can u guide me how to blend it then.. ?i did put pressure but in vain
What else can we expect when steaming hot mixture is grinded. Using ice cold water will avoid explosion i guess
U can just blend it without water first, then gradually blend it by adding water
This chatny is just like lingaiah tiffin center, mallepally. which is so yammy. I have been seeing this since 30 years, same taste, same colour, same rush.
