    As a masters athlete who's relatively new to the sport (6 months). Your an inspiration. Your positive attitude and work ethic help push me through my own battles with injuries and mobility issues I never even realized I had until I started crossfit.     Josh Bridges do you have any other workouts that you like to use as benchmark? - How would you rate doing a murph as a benchmark? My first hero workout was just that, the murph and im thinking about giving it another shot asap just to see where im at and what progress (hopefully) i've made.

      Josh Bridges she was a fun one! Still prefer the EMOM style - 15 cal bike, max snatch in remaining time one(still haven’t managed to get to 75 snatches haha) but definitely going to give this one another go some time.

    Definitely done this before cause the very next day at 5am i rocked it out cause of you. At the time I only had 80lb dumbbells, 100lb kettlebells, and a 150lb sandbag so I did 20, 18, 16, etc for the deadlift/bench and 10,9,8.. etc for the sandbag. Still spicy! Good luck at the classic, Josh!

    Cool repeat, you should pick 2 or 3 favorite workouts and every 30 to 50 episodes do a repeat and test your times against each other.

      Aaron Smith pretty much always done it that way with no issues. Might be better to alternate sides for it to be more balanced tho

      Damn it! I tried after watching and managed 70 in batches, until next week I will try again. Certainly not doing the same weight (using 35lbs approx) was more than enough for me!!!
