I've had this in Crystal Black, turns 1 y/o this week. Aside from being unique and rare (for the color), the turbo is really one of a kind. Great car, but lacks the tech for its price (1.75). Now the new eHEV might make me regret buying this. Actual fuel readings in the city is only around 7-8 km/l, on long drives though it can do 14-16.
It is very expensive in my country. It has a lot of disadvantages compared to competitors such as no parking sensors (in 2025), CVT transmission, No 360 camera, no electric tailgate. The only advantage is the good design and Japanese brand.
Filipino buyers are now more educated and wiser. Gone are the days when they are fooled by adding a sport badge and adding accessories that are actually included in other countries then selling it at a higher price, Honda-RS, Toyota-GR and Mitsubishi-Rally Art. No wonder both Honda and Nissan are struggling.
The HRV RS Turbo actually has performance upgrades over the regular HRV turbo. Better lateral rigidity, transmission mapping, and it has a quicker steering ratio via Variable Steering Ratio.
Hopefully roy can take his test drives and do it in marilaque or somewhere twisty since hes got that racing DNA in him! Dont be shy big boy! Dont be shy! 😋
1.70M and has no 360degree camera.. Shame. Even the very basic china car has 360 deg.camera as standard and 500k cheaper with more power and features. Mitsu, nissan, honda merger anyone?

@@Angus.MacGyver its the torque not the speed. Effortless overtakes on hills , trucks, baguio buses.. its what the turbo brings.. the instant torque and power. Not the outright speed. Once you go turbo, you cant look back.
Using the Honda ricer logic, who needs 6 airbags or Honda Sensing or LED lights, maingat at magaling naman kayo mag-drive diba? Who needs ABS and stability control, hindi ka naman mawawalan ng control dahil matagal ka na nagddrive diba? Pang newbies lang mga yun diba? Diba? Bakit mo kelangan ng powered anything, malakas naman katawan mo diba at very experienced ka na?
no hate, but can you stop saying subcompact crossover SUV? lol redundant to say crossover AND SUV. Maybe remove the SUV since its nothing like an actual SUV. Its a raised hatchback..

Matagal nang out of stock yung RS Turbo. Mid 2024 pa lang wala na sa dealerships.

I have the S variant, and I enjoy driving it! I just cant imagine how more fun to drive the RS with the turbo engine.
It definitely reminds us of being in the Civic when we hit the go pedal! (And we definitely still envy you for having an HR-V in your garage sir!)
