Really enjoyed this authentic, heart centered, humbling conversation. It was touching to see the friendship, respect and admiration between you and Mitch. I liked how you both talked about your own growth and actualization of your aspirations over the years. I’m going to use some of the questions and themes, like, are you loving yourself? And to help better cope with the world and the suffering of others that we can’t control, focus on how we’re making a difference at home, with family, friends, and community.
