For those who are confused, this is a "bonus episode" that was released during Knights of the Fallen Empire. In it you play as HK-55, a bodyguard droid that helps you during the main storyline.
Not sure how to unlock it, though, since I never played it myself. I think it was free for subscribers at the time. These days you probably have to buy it in the store.

Alas, too bad it's attached to a shitty mmo with bad combat. Make this single player and give it kotor's combat, and I'd give you all the money.

@@LnPPersonified I have honestly played through the story missions for Sith Warrior and Imperial Agent several times on different characters. If they'd scrapped the whole MMORPG thing and just made the storylines a standalone single player game it would probably have sold a hell of a lot better. *sigh*

Pessimistic prediction: it seems that every franchise loses its quality after each installment. Seeing that another remake would most likely be a disappointment. Meatbag is so incompetent.

You can never get rid of Hk-47! He's still around killing people in 1 ABY ~He is nearly 4000 years old at this point. Granted he experienced a few momentary lacks of mobility but he always finds new and exciting ways of removing meatbags from the galaxy and gets back to full meatbag killing efficiency.

Victopedia I looked into the game's files, and there was a quest that you could get HK-47 as a companion and it was the same way as M1-4X

Because of AK-47's probably. Yes an assault rifle isn't a very practical weapon for assassination in most cases, but hey. It's all I can think of.
@@smward87 think of it like this. The AK-47 is one of the most reliable and adaptable weapons ever created. It is used by organizations world wide in a vast variety of locations and it never fails to perform in even the worst conditions. There are videos of people covering AK-47 in mud, sand, and other environmental hazards that would normally cause other weapons to jam..... AK-47's work as if nothing is wrong.
Now apply that logic to an assassin Droid and you can see why HK 47 got his name. A reliable machine I can operate in any condition and won't stop until it's Target is killed

@@Hk-ox4bb Objection : The notion of AK-47 has terrible aim has been exaggerate as much as AR-15 unreliability. A properly maintained and built AK-47 is adquately accurate in the hand of any trained person.

I still prefer how hk 47 speaks. Like how he says what type of sentence he's gonna say. Example "speculation: are you sure?" It always added to the dialog for me.
All 3 HK units in the game speak like that, but 47 does it FAR more often

Well that explains how every class has their own C2-N2 AND 2V-R8.
They had a PERFECT formula with KOTOR AND KOTOR 2, so obviously they HAD to change it!!! Still waiting for KOTOR 3.
If you play the Jedi Knights main campaign it's basically the closest thing you'll get to a modern KOTOR 3.

They really did Revan, the exile and Hk-47 dirty in swtor. Would love a kotor 3 to complete the series
To be fair, there was no way the game could do Revan justice, so they either had to lean into the most generic interpretation of the character they could, or not use him at all. The Mass Effect thing where saves carry over wasn't really a thing they could do with this game iirc.
I think they mostly fixed the issues with Revan in Echoes of Oblivion tho imo.

IS SWTOR still available or did Disney kill it? I know I'm late to this party but I'm now more interested than I used to be.
An Expansion just came out 2 weeks ago or so.
It's still going pretty strong with these updates but the servers aren't nearly as large as they were 3+ years ago.
It is also the only current Legends material still being "freshly" produced. A damn shame...

It was a bonus for players who subscribed in certain period. For now unavailable to anyone else. Perhaps someday they will allow it to be unlocked for Cartel Points or whatever.

It was a mistake to bring Revan into this game in the first place. He should have died in the final scene of the book. Would be an appropriate end for a character.
@Elijah Telvanni Revan should have died yes, but the treatment he got was not deserved. He should have sacrificed himself at the Emperors throne room and imprisoned the Emperor's soul with his own. Leaving a force nexus and a eternal battle between Revan and Vitiate as one tries to leave the other fights to keep him there. Perfect lead up into SWTOR as Revan eventually fails and Vitiate escapes. The ghost of Revan then mentors your character in defeating Vitiate

@@johncallaway7501 Star Wars: The Old Republic. This game has been around for almost ten years, where have you been? It is f2p online, but to be honest base stories of characters plays almost like single player... but it is not as good as Kotor.
