🚨 UPDATE 🚨 Gixxer Brah has been arrested by the Dallas police department working in conjunction with the Colorado State police. Apparently, Assault has been added to the list of charges! Wow.
my motto for life: be as dumb as you want but do not involve those who do not want to be in it... going 160mph on public highways and weaving between cars is the antipathy of my motto.
Yea. Your not wrong man. Tbh it's why I don't think I'll ride 2 up very much at least not for a while. I can deal w risking my own life but I don't want to risk a loved one or friends or anyone else's for that matter
I've been a bit conflicted about the whole thing. Because like you said, Brah is a likable guy. There's also a part of me that found the high speed runs thrilling even as the rational part of me was appalled at the level of risk for himself and other road users. So i wish he wasnt in trouble but can definitely understand why he is. Hoping for the best possible outcome for him.
Sorry, you are not a great person if you knowingly and willingly endanger the lives of CHILDREN that could be in the cars he passes at 180 MPH... Zero respect for that tool. He deserves to be behind bars, literally a menace to society. It's incredible it's taken this long to arrest the tool.
@Megalevel95 Actually people killed by motorcycles from that type of driving like the video Csprings to Denver in 20 minutes is very very extremely rare. There’s thousands and thousands of people killed by car, SUV, trucks ect drivers SPEEDING, texting or calling, drinking alcohol, driving drunk. The Colorado Police want to make a example out of this guy, but in reality statistically speaking there’s few deaths per year. Maybe because of this he will not die from a crash someday, maybe this changes his fate? Hopefully only good will emerge from this
😂 😂 Bruh... But I agree. How many people do the same thing on TH-cam. I think they might be trying to make an example out if him.. Which is unfortunate for him if that's the case
I personally think his key mistake was making national news and posting it. When I heard about it first thought is its someone I follow.. I hope it works out for him..
About a decade ago, I had a gixxer and cbr, on I270, I always wanted to break the sound barrier. Now, my favorite bike is 125CC, I am competing against snails but they are winning most of the time.
@@AC-Ninja That too but it forces me to stay away from endless boring highways and into the backroads going through towns. Places I would otherwise bypass on a bigger bike. In fact, a 200 to 300 cc dual sport is probably what I ultimately need. I have a 900CC bike also but other than highway - meh.
No face, no case. This wont go very far once behind a judge. They can NOT confirm that the man they have in custody is 100% for a fact the same man in the videos. Typically most bigger channels have a team behind them, meaning any names you get from ownership/shared business account, can't be used against him. The brah is smart, he'll figure this out.
This is the dumbest argument I've ever heard. They don't need his face to prove he's the one riding the motorcycle. And of course they will ask him under oath if he was the one riding the motor bike. If he lies the DA will go after him on purgery charges. You think Denton is going to have the balls to risk that. Hahah he knows he's guilty the DA knows he's guilty. You idiots and your no face no case clauses. Go read some books.
@@pleasedontwatchthese9593 Valid, I’m no lawyer but I’ve heard the no face no case is a very strong case point. I’m sure everyone behind gixxerbrahs team will figure things out and hire a good attorney.
Even if he beats all the charges and manges to keep his license, the police really dislike him, the police know who he is and where he lives, it will be years before he can leave his house without being followed by the police.
I hope that's not the case.. You from the area? Just curious. And yea he seems like he may have f'd things up for himself for a long while. Track days with Yammie Noob from here out lol
He won’t be extradited until Texas gets through with him first, and you can bet your ass they can extradite him to Colorado once Texas is done…….. these are not misdemeanor charges folks…… these are felonies they have him jailed for.
@@kushpaladin WTF are you talking about? You can be extradited on any criminal charge. Just a matter of agency going after the suspect. I've seen agencies notified on felonies... and decline to extradite.
Hot take here but he doesn't deserve freedom at those speeds hes screwed hes going to lose his motorcycle license have several bad fines and at minimum 1 year in jail for those reckless actions going that fast could cause a bad wreck at the speeds he commonly does it could kill him and other that he hits by accident if it was just stunts inna closed area that would be fine but ripping up the highway is dumb race on the track not the 🛣️
Can't disagree with ya man. I like the guy when he was on yammie he was likable if he just did vlogs or something.. but it sucks to put others lives at risk. Not worth it.
@@AC-Ninja and motorcycles are invisible to cars as is you can be a skilled rider and still get badly hurt because a car driver merged over without looking
i just dont understand how they can charge him like theres hundreds of people posting themselves breaking numerous road laws and they dont get arrested and charged. also the whole no face no case thing
Police is recently actively tracking people down. Everywhere around the western world, people posting these type of video's. Happend here in the Netherlands aswell, Dutch female youtuber has her license revoked pending investigation. It's one thing to video yourself doing illegal shit, but it's even more stupid to post it online.
I think your right that part of the problem is he was pushing the story on his own channel (for views of course) probably didn't help. But seems like they are cracking down your right.
Welcome to TH-cam my friend! Thanks for the comment tho appreciate you! And no it def does not I even said that in the video. Tops out at 129 or so I'm told.

Glad I did that stuff while TH-cam was tiny and the best gopro was a crappy oregon scientific camera lol.
😂 😂 😂 I'm happy for you then. I used to watch those old vids back in the day. Grainy but still entertaining as heck

The guy rides like an idiot and films himself breaking laws. The arrest was the obvious outcome.

Totally understand that perspective and honestly you make a great point. I guess it's all fun until god forbid someone is hurt or worse.

They're acting like he's Elchapo... lol

El Chapo is already in prison in Colorado. One down. 😆

You could be right about that! And yea rooting for Mr Brah as well.

What is you like about the 125? I imagine the nimble nature and agility of the smaller lighter bike?

So true dude. The twisty roads are where the fun is at. It's still a rush imo hitting the perfect apex.

He talks in his videos, and law enforcement can get a lot of data from cellphones.

I would like to think so but i think it's safer to assume they believe they have all they need to prosecute.

1) Don't serially violate the law
2) Don't film it
3) Don't post it online for money as a career
4) Don't taunt the police
5) Go directly to jail.
2:24 the most important info on this whole video
Lol thanks. Think that's pretty obvious but appreciate you taking the time! Like ur channel.

I don't think they are a bad person but doing stuff in traffic content is bad. His track, offroad or empty lot videos are fine.

The videos he made mostly went to other bikers but when the public got them then it got bad
Very true
Brah?
Yeah brah?
Nm, didn't know that what he called himself; odd. @@AC-Ninja
Yea def odd lol. Not a normal guy I would say. But then again who is
Its funny how you have to use his name for views lol. BS, a 400 isnt going to hit 180 let alone 120 lmfao
