Right!? I always think, "what if this had happened 50, 25, or even 10 years ago?" It's crazy to me that we now have the technology/know-how to handle things like this-- things that would have been an absolute death sentence in the past.

That's why the send 18 year olds into war. They can come back from stuff that a 30 or 40 years old would not survive. I learned that the hard way when I was 18. I think they put about 2 or 3 gallons of blood in me in three days. It was draining out almost as fast as they could put it in.

You have to emotionally detach yourself and examine everything from a 3rd party perspective. (Her mature outlooks show she’s likely done that).
If you “tell you story” emotionally, each time you tell it; it’ll break you. It’s like staying in a dark room, feeding a monster.
But if you can tell it (like you were maybe recounting HER story you just watched, to a friend); it makes life SO. MUCH. EASIER.

@ari-jv5oi I slipped on a wet floor that someone didn't put a sign out and I was carrying a tray of food and came around the corner and fell. They even made me finish my shift and wouldn't let me go to the Dr. I didn't know I broke it until a month later when I went to the er because I could barely walk. I had surgery 4 years later because I was so young that no dr wanted to touch me and when they did it it was a botched surgery and they knicked my spinal canal and almost paralyzed me. It was bad. But I'm still here! Lol

@@PALINDROMA. How is telling someone to wear a seat belt violating their free will? If someone is driving down a road and you know it leads off a cliff, would you avoid warning the driver to not "violate their free will?" Of course not. You would be a psychopath not to warn and try to stop the accident. God could have easily stopped this horrific crash, but chose not to. God is a psychopath.
