Nice experience with Shell 100% synthetics in my 1500cc class (Honda) scooters and motorcycles. Oddly, the oil turns a reddish color (presumably the additive they put into the high octane fuel makes its way into the oil). I find best performance/gas mileage with 10W30, but for some reason 5W30 gives me about same performance/efficiency but the engine runs slightly quieter.

I am currently using Veedol Take Off 4S 10W30 SNMB in my Activa 3g. Is it good option to switch to Motul Power LE 5W40 (budget friendly) as opposed to 10W30 recommended by Honda ?
Also, my Activa 3g runs almost 1500 km/month, so any good recommendation ?
I know I'm replying very late but after all better late than never, you can go for Motul Power LE 5W40 but the thing is Honda Scooters Response Really well with the Castrol Power 1 Ultimate 5W40, it depends on you which one you'll go with but both of them are really good. Remember to change the spark plug and air filter on the scooter and also change the foam air filter on your scooter which is for exhaust.

Can i choose 15 w 50 liqui Molly oil instead 10 w 50 grade oil of liqui Molly brand oil for my interceptor 650.. Because 15 w 50 is 825 rs per litre and 10 w 50 is 1,350 per litre.... I've been using motul 7100 10w40 fully synthetic oil for past 7000 kms in my 160 rv. This oil is damn good compared to tvs oil. No heating issues, less vibrations, A bit improvement of millage in city traffics. You can go for liqy moly Street race but availablty is a issue.

I recommend you to stick to the Yamalube brand .. If you wanna switch to fully synthetic oil, you can go ahead without any hesitation ..
No need to use any engine oil flush as the synthetic engine oils are very much compatible with the regular mineral oils ..

20W got higher viscosity, in case you are from colder region the cold start can be an issue and a slightly dim in acceleration

I use Castrol Power-1 10w30 on Hero Passion Pro. MRP printed is 399 but since I buy from an authorized seller, I get it for 350 and the engine performs much better as compared to previous regular engine oil. I rode the bike for about 60kms non-stop in 45-degree temp in the previous summer but the engine didn't feel lifeless like it used to feel. The biggest area of improvement is the startup in the morning. Even in this winter, the engine came to life in just 1 or 2 selfs. If you can't find any other oil, I would defenetely recommend you to try Castrol Power-1

Yes bro you can use 10w40 oil in scooters but remember the odometer reading should be 10k km+. I also use 10w40 semi synthetic in jupiter. Performence is gud at higher rpms👍🏻
It's ok to use motorbike engine oil(MA or MA2) in scooters , but not vise versa....never use scooter engine oil (MB) on motorcycles.....MB grade scooter engine oils are exclusively for Dry clutch vehicles such as scooters and some ducati motorcycles

APISJ -- American petroleum institute's service classification grade of "J" ..
JASO MA -- Japanese automotive standard organisation's quality classification grade of "MA" ..
JASO MA1 and JASO MA2 are the superior grades of JASO MA .. Similarly APISL, APISM and APISN are the respective superior grades of APISJ ..
You can either use the Synthetic or Semi Synthetic grade of any of the above mentioned oils ..
If the atmospheric temperatures of summer in your area exceed 40 degree centigrade, the oil grade of 10w40 will be the right pick for you ..

Brother, there can be one/multiple reasons for Vibration in your LX125. Don't expect anything from Engine Oil if the problem is different.

And as u say that the vibration starts after 500-750 kms after the service, this needs to be addressed keenly.
