Spot basically was already a good villain by the time he was in Mumbatten easily defeating Miles then Gwen and Pavitir then later Hobbie even all of them at once, but he didn’t stop there he wanted to be Mile’s nemesis and a great villain to be remembered by
If anyone is to blame for Spot's condition, it's King Pin and Doc Ock. Miles wouldn't have to have shut the collider off if he didn't start it and push it to dangerous levels that put not only his employees (Spot being one of them), but the entire universe at risk. King Pin's family didnt die, they just left him. If he had worked on himself, then he'd get his family back without a world ending super collider. But I can see Spot pivoting to "You're Spider-Man, you're supposed to save people! Why didn't you save me?!" Spot has to understand, it's not possible to save everyone. Miles lost his Uncle to King Pin. Spot lost everything because of king pin. Maybe with Aunt May's help, they can treat Spot's condition or help him come to terms with it, much like Peter did with Miles. Spot has a TON of potential. An unhinged person will take that personally, even though this version of miles has no idea about what happened to spot. So spot wants revenge. I also feel like the visual storytelling is so amazing for spot. His form also becomes increasingly more and more unstable (maybe like his mental state) until he's basically glitching just like miles was at first, just in a creepier way obviously... which could also mean that him going through the collider multiple times might also be fucking with the multiverse in some way.
