for anyone getting upset about the length of the video, keep in mind she is an artist & not a “typical beauty guru.” most apartment/house tours are 30+ minutes & that’s inevitable. I found this one particularly interesting because the way she describes the different pieces in her apartment is so intelligent sounding, rather than just just saying “this cute dining table.” she’s clearly excited about her own apartment & you can tell as she explaining things, which may be why she “over explains” furniture items, etc. if there’s something you’re not particularly excited about, just skip ahead 10-30 seconds 😊 LOVE your color scheme/aesthetic btw! great job! Hi, Amanda. I think the plant at your dining room is called Corn or cornstalk plant (common). -- Dracaena fragrans (botanical/scientific). We call it '铁树‘ in Chinese.

Since you bought this apartment, i feel like you could easily make a coat closet in the 'den' area in your entryway (where you bench is), it is much more needed. In your closet, you could build a shoerack that goes all the way from left to right that will fit all of your shoes insteadt of using the little one you have. You could also build or buy a better vanity to have some real storage that will be longer than the one you already have (you won't waste all the place next to it). Finally, I real like how aesthetic pleasing your apartement is but in my opinion, confort and fonctionality is much better, side table with drawers is a must in such a small space.
My dad is likes -o build things and helped my sister with her apartment and storage so important. I love interior design so seeing places with no functionality makes me real mad. Don't mean to be offensive or anything, just want to gives somes advices as you will be living there for some time.
Also, you don't have curtains on your windows ???? I keep noticing that people don't have curtains anymore ESPECIALLY when you live in a city with other buildings around, you should always have curtains first of all : to have lights disturbing you all day (sun) and all night ; and also to have some fucking privacy.

The placement of the statement mirror in the dining area is really a showstopper. Once you start to feel cramped in the galley kitchen, looking over and reminding yourself of the spacious livingspace and light just around the corner is absolutely refreshing! Definitely my favorite piece. I also forgot how nice integrated refrigerators and dishwashers are.

Mass Cane (a.k.a. Corn Plant or Dracaena Massangeana)... the outdoor chair helps keep the space open because it's nearly see through. People can sit on the bench/coffee table if you have a party and leave the ends clear; more seating. I have a large sturdy coffee table in my home. You could dance on it and so sitting on it expands the seating. Huge closet; someone could probably reverse the doors for you.
The tree you have seem to be a "Dracaena fragrans", also known as "Happy Plant", and in spanish is called "Palo de Brasil".
Finally! Most of the apartaments on yt are decorated in grey, white, black, silver and pink, but yours is just my style with these earth colors and greenery 😍😍😍 Yes!

Nice ! Loved your tour video. A tip,... Your bins in your closet, label then with a number ( or letter ) then print a list of what's in them and hang it were you can see it ( in your closet) then the items can change ( new list) without relabeling.

I know im super late and you probably wont even sew this but I've been binge watching apartment tours lately because I'm about to move into my first flat, and I just absolutely adore yours! I love the mixture of clean white minimalism and yet there's still so much personality to it! I feel like many apartments in this study just all look the same and even tho they are beautiful, they sometimes lack personality. I adore the wood tones and more earthy, colourful living room area, it's not overpowering and it's still very matching, but it's different, it's cozy, it's just really beautiful! your whole apartment is really inspiring

This is one of the best apartment tours I've seen. Your sink is odd-shaped but you should get the Sink Topper for your bathroom. It's the best thing ever for small bathrooms with no counter space. I can't live without mine. I got mine on Amazon. You can turn the Sink Topper sideways since the faucet is placed on the side.

it is so beautiful. I love my apartment too. I see it as a work of art. It's my "masterpiece" in a way because it's small (It's rented) and I don't have a lot of money but I've managed to be creative and make it my own.

It appears you have room for hooks right inside the washer dryer area on the doors where you could hang jackets that you wear all the time. Hope you managed the hook situation at the door. Stands always seem unbalanced to me and so I don't like using them either. I think the area could be more functional by adding a small table or cabinet where the stand currently is (a place to drop keys, sunglasses, and items you're taking out of the house) and individual hooks above the bench could be for quest jackets. A horizontal piece of art above that would look good. I also don't have a guest coat closet, and I found some fabulous double hooks that don't stretch out coats (they have rounded fan shaped ends at least 2" winde), and I hung them individually (they're like mini pieces of art the design is so nice).
