Yeah it was practical topic with nice explanations........ Ma'am make a video on when we lack in some area in life and than thats cascade effects , how to handle that......... suppose someone studied good during school , college got decent job..... But when he sees his colleagues are good in so many areas humor (they watched good movies, they had good humor family environment), in dance (because they learn in their early years and then they performed on lots of wedding, good physique (because they got good sports culture in their area and so they followed good food ), spiritual environment had in their families so they are mentally Strong,now his colleagues leads in above 3,4 areas everyone likes them so they have a very good friend circle ........ this further makes them social, healthy, happy travel more, more friend............... how to overcome so much lagging in so many areas....... now can't sit to see all Bollywood movies.....
