1 )self awareness ( notice all thought emotions, situation as it is from detached point of view l for example last 2 yrs)..hame mind ke filter ko pehchana padega aur koshish karenmind ke filter Kam se kam lage... duniya waisi nahi hai jaisi dikhti hai.. duniya waisi hai jaise hum dekhte hai.vipasana awareness on breathing best technique..2) we r all interconnected.from same supreme soul parmatma..what u give to other..same thing return to u like criticism, bullying , happiness that is nature law..

the first one is about making a scenery about what kind of emotions are embedded inside us and analyzing every good and bad things present there and.. if any bad experience try to take it easy, . the fifth one talk about our interdependence with others whom we interact. When we throw bad on someone, they somehow catch it and react according to it or it can be seen in the way they do something. And, in the end what we give others we get it back to ourself someway.

Mental health ka toh bhut jada ptta nhi kyuki meri family mai sabhi mai se koi na koi mansik truty se grast hai lekin mai teen mahine k baad jindgi mai khane peene mai kuch badlav karne wali huu I hope so ghar k bahar mujhe asha environment mille jo ghar mai possible nhi.
पहले टिप्स में आपने आत्म जागरूकता की बात की थीं, अपने अंदर की भावनाओं और भूत के अनुवाओं को आधार बना कर ऐसा करने को कहीं थीं।
पांचवे टिप्स में परस्पर निर्भरता में विश्वास रखने की बात की थीं, क्योंकि हम सभी मनुष्यों का स्रोत एक ही है ऐसा इसलिए कि हम एक ही परमात्मा की संतान है,
डॉक्टर साहिबा आपने बहुत ही इंस्पायरिंग वीडियो बनाया है।
पहला बिंदु स्वयं के प्रति जागरूक होने का है जो पूरे अंतर्मन में झांक कर देखने का है कि मन में क्या क्या किस कोने में पड़ा है जैसे ,किसी के प्रति,ईर्ष्या,द्वेष नफरत,क्रोध,प्रेम या और कुछ।हम ध्यान में अवेयरनेस द्वारा अपने अंदर अपने पास्ट के वर्षों में इकट्ठे किए क्रोध,द्वेष,प्रेम का भी अवलोकन कर अच्छी तरह स्वयं को समझ सकते है।
अगली बात ओर भी महत्व पूर्ण है कि हम इंटरडिपेंडेंट है।हम सब एक दूसरे से जुड़े हैं।हमे एक दूसरे को समझने का प्रयास करना चाहिए और सहयोग करना चाहिए।साथ ही ऐसे लोगों से भी उपयुक्त दूरी भी रखना चाहिए (पर दुश्मनी नहीं ) जिनसे हमारी शांति भंग होती है। जीवन में रिक्तता भी नहीं चाहिए बल्कि पूर्णता होनी चाहिए, तभी जीवन सफल है और जिसको समझने के लिए ध्यान ओर अवेयरनेस बहुत आवश्यक है।
