Theres a bit of overthinking to what steve is doing here. Hes just using his hybrid tester as a simple megger but is using the voltage display from the tool to easily see the failure without even having to refer to the insulation specs. Eg the good injectors show 210kohm but the failed 70kohm. This is reflected as a volt drop at the tool by 1/3 to 66volts from 100. Gift, but hes really showing us those plug connector leads and where to get them. Theres no rail pressure and is not actuating the injector
