Warkop is basically like a cafe or coffeeshop but with Indonesian style and usually on the side of the road and open 24 hours, everyone can come to chill and chat with friends even with the seller without having to dress neatly. Just chill, drink coffee, and Indomie 🔥

Please do make them, it's veryyyy easy..
Deep fry it when the oil is very hot...cause it'll make make them more crispier 🤍
And then try dip them with indonesian peanut sauce, the ingredients are very easy too :
thick peanut jam (unsweetened) + chopped garlic, 1 tbs of soy sauce, salt to taste, chilli powder and there you gooo..
The sause is a game changer 🤍

to make a fritter crisp and crunchy use corn starch mixed with all purposed flour with a 3 : 1 ratio and not too much when mixing it with the corn beads so it will not become 'doughey' when you fry it..

Try my recipes, Indomie, with Indonesia Abon. It delicious, and give Extra flavore.
Abon is Very popular and favorite in Indonesia and some Asian Countries. Also called meat wool or meat floss, is a dried meat product that has a light and fluffy texture (due to shredding process) similar to rough cotton. usually used as filling for various bread and pastries and side dish of "tumpeng" or traditional cone-shaped rice dish like mountain. Also this beef floss/ meat floss can be as a snack food on its own.
Beside beef and chicken, we also use fish for this floss.
