    This man has some beautiful legs. I like how he gave different cues and encouragement throughout the video. I actually did the baby hops along with him because I hadn't heard of them before. I also like learning about a new exercise move like baby hops. By "new" I mean new to me because I haven't done them before. This was good though.

      growth hormone secretigogs help heavy weights but also spiriting. Basically you have to exhaust the muscles to failure

      @@Tethysmeer no you don't. You are obviously NOT a speed skater. I have those type of legs from years of kickboxing and now retain their density from speed skating. NO SQUATS WHATSOEVER. I only do full body squats with my body weight. especially when skate training.
