      It sure did take time to stick, go back to the camera, make a shot, come back, shift.. repeat a few hundred times... but I guess it should be a good way of showing off the products properties :D

      I would first test with a regular poster, just to be safe, but if the wall is nothing out of the ordinary - should work fine :)

      Cheers, if the surface is flat, for extra measure you can put some alcohol (substance) to clear of any debris. Should hold for years!

      I have a large A1 photo attached to my wooden wardrobe that sits there since around 1999, still holding, and I removed it a few times to check the wood - both the photo and the wood still in tip-top shape :D

    We have a rough wall design, will it stick well still? When I always try to attempt to hang my posters after 1-3days it always fall even though I'm using a mount tape.

      Hey, what material is the wall made out of? It fills in all the gaps and pores, so it should stick!

      Try scrubbing the wall with some cleaning solution and molding for longer so it gets warm and applying a bigger piece, might be the dust or not enough surface area. :)

    Great video. But my posters usually fall off after a few days, especially the top corners. Do you have suggestions to fix this?

      What kind of wall do you have? I would try to degrease it with alcohol, let it dry and apply more tack it using it on more than just sides.

    I used to use blutack to hang my posters but after a couple of weeks the glutack dents the posters. Does this do that to the paper too?

      Hey, I guess it really depends how hard you squish it and how much putty you apply, if you do it carefully - it shouldn't!

      if you have a big poster, you should put some in the middle and along the edges

      as vera said putting some in the middle will help with weight distribution and so it doesn't sag!

    Can i use mounting putty to hang a tapestry on a sloping ceiling?

      Might be a bit too heavy, how big of an angle and approximate size/weight? I could try experimenting if I find anything similar, so you won't have to risk your tapestry getting damaged.

    Hi, is it possible to use this without damaging a normal print paper? Planning to stick some A3 moodboards on my wall 😅

      Should work, you might get a small "wet" mark where it was used after leaving it for a long time, but it wouldn't be seen on the other side of the paper.

      I used posters from "poster stores" as well as photographs on photo paper that didn't leave a stain even after months and years of usage, what kind of material are the posters made from? I could try testing if I can get my hands on something similar, we don't have blu tak in Ukraine, so can't compare :(

    I have a pack of the same Faber Castell brand but the putty is green, have you tried it? Is it the same good quality?

      Not sure to be honest, we only have the white and color mix for sale here and I only got the white ones, but I would assume they should be identical. Cheers! :D

    Ok but i used that to hang up pictures and after a year I wanted to paint my wall but when I tried to take the pictures of it ripped up part of my wall and I couldn’t remove the little pieces and I had to scrape it of with lead to a ruined wall I’m never using tack ever again or anything like it

      Oh god, was this with Faber's Tack It? I have some decade old prints and never had anything even remotely close to your situation.
      Usually I use some more tack it to remove anything left and if I even have to remove any sort of stuck adhesive I use one of those small plastic scrappers and maybe a drop of adhesive remover (usually for strong 3M kinds of things)

    I bought it and it peeled off my wall and ruined my poster and it at some point started to fall off on its own

      This item? Shouldn't be able to ruin posters even if it does peel off, but the walls material might cause issues. As I said, experiment with paper/canvas at first, maybe clean the wall and add more adhesive.

      ​@@ayasan101 it unfortunately stained my walls. The packet says you can remove stains with lighter fluid but I'm not sure about it. Not tried it yet
