Bro your videos are amazing man you need to get all this info into a book man. My car is now back on the road and I couldn’t of done it without your videos
Great video yet again. This could even lead to a series, explaining likely causes of general car faults ie. car overheating, stalling, lean/rich mixtures, etc
Just bought a 2006 Toyota Solara. It kind of idles high for s couple minutes after a cold start, and acceleration is pretty sluggish. I've tried to take it easy and not push it till i figure out what it is . But if i do try to push the pedal down harder sometimes it will jerk. But the RPMs don't go up quick if i jam down the pedal so i am really hoping its not the transmission. I also had a couple codes pop up yesterday. Says there is an EVAP leak. Gonna take it in to get looked at within the next couple days.. really hoping it is something that is somewhat simple, but with my luck who knows lol 😅
My 2002 Clk320 has lpg. The problem is that when the car runs on lpg has no problem and even has more power than running on petrol, which is the strange thing here. When i run it on petrol, as i said, has less power, and if the engine is still little cold, the engine light pops up when i do a kickdown. Everytime shows a differend issue code. What can it br?
Brake light switch may be faulty..its located under the brake pedal arm..if you can press the button it in and the light goes off then the grommet in the pedal arm is missing
▶︎ OBD2 Scanner: amzn.to/3PHRplS
So basically it could be anything lol
Facts
Pretty much im in the hole 1500 bucks trying to find the problem 🤦🏽♀️

A stuck brake calliper can also cause acceleration problems

Im having slow acceleration and my break light won’t turn off and I don’t have a check engine light can somebody help me
If you have a ford than the brake light issue is on recall, so you can get it fixed at ford for free

Could a short ram intake make my car slower
No but your MAF sensor may be at fault and unable to calculate the difference
No power in drive but power in reverse. I put all new coils in it and still the same
Impressive video! Thank you
