OMG, seeing Rick perform so recently and so well makes me so happy!!! I could listen to his music all day everyday. Wait, I still do!!! Thanks for posting!!!
Great Memories are Back in my head !!!! That piano and your voice from Crime of the Century Blows my mind !!!! Thank you Rick Davies !!! I´m a 60 Years old Supertramp´s Fan !!!!
Rick! So glad to see you perform recently. You are a legend, and supertramp is one of my favorite bands of all time. You did what every one of us wanna be musicians have wanted to do forever. Congratulations sir!
Supertramp was my first Huge crush music wise in 1979, and it makes me SuperHappy to see Rick Davies performing live, he is one of the best musician/writer/singer i've had the chance to see live 6 times 💫
Happy belated 80th birthday, Mr. Davies! It's so nice to see you on stage again, doing what you always loved... playing keyboard/piano and singing. After all your health problems, I hope you feel much better now. Long may you still be with us, and perform as long as you feel being able to. - Danke, Zauberlehrling5, für die Videos!
I still remember seeing Supertramp in Vancouver, BC back in 1979 for their Breakfast In America tour. One of the first concerts I ever went to as a young man and upcoming musician. It was epic, especially when they played classics like Dreamer, Give a Little Bit, Breakfast in America and Crime of the Century. I feel like it was just yesterday. This music is so timeless and comes from an era when musicians actually wrote brilliant and detailed songs with real meaning. Thank you Supertramp for the memories, and a legacy of incredible music 👍🙌❤😊
One of the greatest Rock’n roll bands of the seventies is SuperTramp and yet they’re still not in the Rock’n Roll Hall of Fame? I’ve seen them in concert 3 times back in the 70’s! Three of my favorite albums are Crisis What Crisis ..which fits perfectly living in America right now & Crime of Century & Live in Paris! Imagine✌️& All you need is❤
I've seen Roger perform with his band and orchestra at least 10 times. Great talent. Both of them. Wish they could put their differences aside and get together......again.
An iconic voice from my formative years! It’s really great to see ‘our’ Rick still performing after the health scare he had a few years ago! Thanks for posting this video. I wish I could pop down to my local, and find this ‘superstar’ playing for ‘fun’, with a bunch of mates! Unfortunately, I’m still in Ricks’ homeland, so that’s unlikely😢
Oh it’s good to see you Rick and hear you play a most beautiful song , almost everyday I listen to your music and think your definitely one of the greatest singer songwriter musicians, made my day
From now on Antônio Moraes sao paulo Brasil It's good to see him back on stage and his wonderful voice and song From now on Antonio Moraes sao paulo brazil
Nice memories of a Supertramp concert in Braunschweig in 2002 (all but Roger Hodgson were there). Great concert with an insanely great sound. A professional sound engineer friend of mine told me that Supertramp were always known for being able to deliver a top sound live.
Listened to Supertramp and ELO every night for about 5 years during my student days in the 80s! It was like a form of hypnotism that lets your mind escape from reality for an hour or two!
I saw Supertramp twice at the Montreal Forum, Famous last words and Brother where you bound tours. Always great shows with exceptional sound! Canada has a love affair with Supertramp!! It’s great to see Rick Davies performing live and keeping the music alive. I was listening to Breakfast in America cd while driving today. 😀
Wow, still a great musician. He turned 80 this year. Glad to see and hear him in this condition. His music has its immovable place in my live. Thank you 🙏🏼👏
So good! But how can this be, in 2024 - no click track? not auto tune? Ah, the good old days. Thank you for posting. Thank you Rick for still being out there. Keep on rockin in the free world!
🎶🎶👐👐📷📷😎😎✌✌💯💯🙌🙌🙏🙏🎧🎧🎺🎺still here lisenting Supertram one of the best band in the seventy Era 70s great time to be alive good old days and memories classic masterpiece love 💘it thanks for posting this video bring nostalgia watching God bless you 🙏 Rick Davies growing up with yours music 61 now 😎😎✌✌🙌🙌🙏🙏
Supertramp for ever !!!!! 🙏👋👍👍👍...
The entire Even in the Quietest Moment album was just fantastic. Give a Little Bit was pop rock precursor to Breakfast in America album. Babaji and From Now On had Supertramp venturing into jazzy music. Even in the Quietest Moment was Led Zepplin like but completely original, and the more you listen to it, the more you realize how good it is. The of course there is the iconic Fool's Overture.
Downstream is one of the most beautiful song of all time ( plus Loverboy is also great) We should give correct credits for Rick , at least under his video.
wow, thanks for sharing. That "Monday..." gave me some goosebombs. Supertramp was my first music love, age 10 or 12 or so and was pretty influencial in me wanting to become a musician, too. If any, than Rick was my favorite. Still remember, the only time I saw them live, must have been in the late 90ies how I was blown away, e.g. be the precision of drums and bass (Bob and Dougie) Funny, annecdotal story: I learned about Supertramp by the older brother of a friend. I earned my first money with performing music when he said: if you can play me that School piano solo on your piano I will give you x, I do not remember. (just imagine he had said: "play me the bloody well right intro :-) That one took me way longer many years later..... I might have stoped frustratedly ) Luckily I really learned the part and really got some bucks for that (as said as a 10 or 12 yr old ;-) ). A start of quite some journey ;-) Also Supertramp is related to a rather "sad" story: after that School experience and really loving the sound, e.g. Bloody Well Right etc. I wanted to get that record as a gift for Christmas. Big "disappointment" when I opened the parcel and got... Breakfast in America :-) My poor parents had been a little overwhelmed not to be able to buy normal toys or lego or so but a pop/rock record in our little home town ;-) I do not have turntables anymore but I think I still owe both records somewhere.

Gotta be the most under rated band ever Supertramp.
Supertramp is a group that I love because they have a unique sound all their own, fun to watch, what a talented group.
Amazing.
His voice is still strong and clear.Legend.
Que grata surpresa ver Mr. Davies novamente no palco! Supertramp pra sempre! 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷

100% goosebumps - deep at every level to hear this song played by its writer. Takes me back to 1977 and that’s a long time ago now…
