About the final piece of advice - the defrost heater. The linked defrost heater video seems to apply to the FREEZER section of the appliance. So is the same defost heater also used by the FRIDGE section of the appliance? If the fridge isn't getting cold enough, I would have thought a dodgy defrost heater might reduce the problem, not aggravate it???
Temperature of room? Try living in Australia in 42degree heat with 90% humidity. Maybe I should buy a fridge to keep my fridge in.
