I wake up daily at 4a.m. Get fresh , do my meditation 10 mins and prayer 2 mins . I start my studies at 4.45 am till 7.45 am with 15mins break after 1.5 hrs. Trust me friends try it out for atleast 1 week. Its soooo awesome. 😊😊

I started Chaturmasa vrata since it is based on rainy season diet.. but I never knew this dimension that vatha, pittha, kapha will influence the body more than the climatic conditions..This is a holy grail.. 💐 I am 50% through. Truth about Ayurveda Ayurveda was when we did nothing about Human anatomy, Virus or bacteria, chemical reactions leave alone bio chemistry. So science behind it is mainly shooting in dark and highly questionable. Same is the case with all other medicines. There is only one medicine which cures disease. Rest is speculation, wishful thinking, placebo effect, supplementary thing. Ayurveda can never replace allopathy because it can never replace any of the treatment that modern science has developed for simple reason ,that knowledge (and hence treatment) did not exist at the time. This is not just for Ayurveda but true for any other older practices namely accupuncture and accupressure, homeopathy, yunani medicine, blood letting (Romans used it for thousands of years and was standard way to treat people in rome, First president of US was treated with this method and died because of it). Evidence based medicine along with penicillin and clorination of drinking waters has helped increased average (not maximum which is seen around 100 years) human life span from around 35 years to 75-80 years now (atleast in developed nations Japan leading there). If Ayurveda is so great why do not ayurvedic companies take patents and sell their products all over the world? Answer: because they can not . Science did not exist at that time and things cannot be proved with precision required in modern drug development plus we simply do not have replacements. Most ayurvedic drugs in US :are sold as suppliments main ly in Indian stores or stores which sell herbal products not in drug store.You will never find them in any main stream drug store. In US supplement industry is not regulated , you can sell any thing and make any claim, let market decide demand...many crappy products sell like that eg body building products which do more harm than good. Few years ago US FDA asked to withdraw some chyavanprash products from market due to high level of metals in it unsuitable for human consumption. Do we regulate ayurvedic products in India any way? Should not we? Most practitioners of Ayurved in India: Give treatment for primary illness,fever, cough ..use general allopathic medicine in disguise and the refer people to specialists. Or they will do pure chicanery like "Get the baby of desired sex" etc (50 % of the times you will be right, and that will generate enough referals to make you known, rest 50% wont open their mouth). Same is true for other thing: Offer something to people who do not have any other option (people allopathy being actual science have said we donot have much treatment about). People will try any thing in desperation, plus being natural is considered harmless. Think: is everything natural really good or harmless? By that standard even poison is natural and we should stop cooking food. People say ayurvedic medicine do not have side effects , well for a reason we have not studied their side effects yet. Read Book: 1. Trick or Treatment by Simon Singh 2. Do you believe in magic for more information. Both available on amazon.in and kindle. Spread knowledge it saves lives and helps people make right decisions.

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my TH-cam channel 6 months ago about self development. Now I have 445 subs and > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.
Wake up at end of darkness around 4.30 to 5 AM Clear bowls ,wash face and do excercise upto when the armpits turn sweaty (time depends on body type) Bath after half n hr Do sadhana or meditation Eat after sunrise (lite breakfast) Do continue your work uptil 1 PM Take your lunch at 1 PM (heavy) You can sleep or not sleep at afternoon (depends on body type) In evening ,do some creative or recreational activity or hobby ,preferably with family and friends Have your dinner just after sunset(Around 8PM-9PM) Sleep 2 hours after the dinner

i will wind up at 10:00 pm, so that i can go early to bed. Instead of screen time as my hobby, i will strive to cultivate another hobby. I will incorporate meditation into my morning routine. I will wake up early in the morning and not nap excessively in the afternoon, i will tale lukewarm showers only and try to take better care of my eyesight. Sensible video, good suggestions, following this routine is not very difficult. Only timing for breakfast lunch and dinner is a bit early, because we generally have breakfast at around 8-30 / 9 , lunch at 2pm and dinner around 9 pm .

You shouldn't study this much you should study 3-4 hrs and meditate before and after studying and do Tratak it will also increase your learning capability s and It will combination of this will be 6-6.5 hrs and don't study 7-8 hrs as you need to do other things as well

Ayurveda also says ki khane ke kam se kam 1.5 hours takk pani nahi peena chahiye. 1-2 ghoot pee sakte hai agar gala sookh rha hai but pet bhar ke pani 1.5 ghante bad hi peena hai. Please keep this in mind as ye bada role play karta hai.

I understood that I gain weight easily even a kg with in a week, so identified as khafa. I follow this and I wake up early and sleep less. When I used to sleep for 6hrs and did exercise daily I have constant weight for 3 years. But at the time of lockdown I missed exercise and more sleeping I gained 5 to 7 kgs. I will be back to my original routine and lose weight upto 10kgs.

I wake up daily at 4a.m. Get fresh , do my meditation 10 mins and prayer 2 mins . I start my studies at 4.45 am till 7.45 am with 15mins break after 1.5 hrs. Trust me friends try it out for atleast 1 week. Its soooo awesome. 😊😊

I don't know why people say that the concepts of our ancestors are outdated, and the ones who say so are themselves stupid. The truth is they were more aware and scientific than the 'so called' 21st century youths. Indian ancestors have made a huge contribution in human sciences, and we must try to incorporate their healthy habits in ourselves.

Truth about Ayurveda
Ayurveda was when we did nothing about Human anatomy, Virus or bacteria, chemical reactions leave alone bio chemistry. So science behind it is mainly shooting in dark and highly questionable. Same is the case with all other medicines.
There is only one medicine which cures disease. Rest is speculation, wishful thinking, placebo effect, supplementary thing. Ayurveda can never replace allopathy because it can never replace any of the treatment that modern science has developed for simple reason ,that knowledge (and hence treatment) did not exist at the time. This is not just for Ayurveda but true for any other older practices namely accupuncture and accupressure, homeopathy, yunani medicine,
blood letting (Romans used it for thousands of years and was standard way to treat people in rome, First president of US was treated with this method and died because of it).
Evidence based medicine along with penicillin and clorination of drinking waters has helped increased average (not maximum which is seen around 100 years) human life span from around 35 years to 75-80 years now (atleast in developed nations Japan leading there).
If Ayurveda is so great why do not ayurvedic companies take patents and sell their products all over the world? Answer: because they can not . Science did not exist at that time and things cannot be proved with precision required in modern drug development plus we simply do not have replacements.
Most ayurvedic drugs in US :are sold as suppliments main ly in Indian stores or stores which sell herbal products not in drug store.You will never find them in any main stream drug store.
In US supplement industry is not regulated , you can sell any thing and make any claim, let market decide demand...many crappy products sell like that eg body building products which do more harm than good. Few years ago US FDA asked to withdraw some chyavanprash products from market due to high level of metals in it unsuitable for human consumption.
Do we regulate ayurvedic products in India any way? Should not we?
Most practitioners of Ayurved in India: Give treatment for primary illness,fever, cough ..use general allopathic medicine in disguise and the refer people to specialists. Or they will do pure chicanery like "Get the baby of desired sex" etc (50 % of the times you will be right, and that will generate enough referals to make you known, rest 50% wont open their mouth).
Same is true for other thing: Offer something to people who do not have any other option (people allopathy being actual science have said we donot have much treatment about). People will try any thing in desperation, plus being natural is considered harmless. Think: is everything natural really good or harmless? By that standard even poison is natural and we should stop cooking food.
People say ayurvedic medicine do not have side effects , well for a reason we have not studied their side effects yet.

Get up: 4:40 am then drink 2 glass of water and do 30 minute exercise
Brush-5.15 am
Freshenup- 5.35
Chanting mantra- 6 am for 15 minutes
Study- 6.30-9.30
What is your age?
15 minutes of chanting is less enought but yet better than doing nothing
After drinking water wait for 15- 30 mins and then go for workout.

Wake up at end of darkness around 4.30 to 5 AM
Clear bowls ,wash face and do excercise upto when the armpits turn sweaty (time depends on body type)
Bath after half n hr
Do sadhana or meditation
Eat after sunrise (lite breakfast)
Do continue your work uptil 1 PM
Take your lunch at 1 PM (heavy)
You can sleep or not sleep at afternoon (depends on body type)
In evening ,do some creative or recreational activity or hobby ,preferably with family and friends
Have your dinner just after sunset(Around 8PM-9PM)
Sleep 2 hours after the dinner
As per ayurveda, dinner should be done just before sunset

i will wind up at 10:00 pm, so that i can go early to bed. Instead of screen time as my hobby, i will strive to cultivate another hobby. I will incorporate meditation into my morning routine. I will wake up early in the morning and not nap excessively in the afternoon, i will tale lukewarm showers only and try to take better care of my eyesight. Sensible video, good suggestions, following this routine is not very difficult. Only timing for breakfast lunch and dinner is a bit early, because we generally have breakfast at around 8-30 / 9 , lunch at 2pm and dinner around 9 pm .

4:00-5:30: Brahma muhurat- vata is active; meditation and yoga abhayas; vatta is active; workout- low intensity for vata; after 1/2 hour take bath with warm water for vata people; meditation empty stomach after taking bath; breakfast after sunrise between 8-10: eat light food in breakfast; 1 oclock is good for heavy lunch; vata people can sleep for some time; Digestion Is slow after sunset; so eat your dinner between 8-9; 8 hours sleeping for ayurveda;

Please make a video for students who study 6-7 hrs everyday, an ideal routine as per Ayurveda.
You shouldn't study this much you should study 3-4 hrs and meditate before and after studying and do Tratak it will also increase your learning capability s and It will combination of this will be 6-6.5 hrs and don't study 7-8 hrs as you need to do other things as well

Main kapha dosh ki hun..main abse 8 ghante se kam.soungi, 5 baje uthungi aur yoga karungi.. 10 se lekar shaam 6:30 tak khaungi. Apka bahot bahot dhanyawad
Ayurveda also says ki khane ke kam se kam 1.5 hours takk pani nahi peena chahiye. 1-2 ghoot pee sakte hai agar gala sookh rha hai but pet bhar ke pani 1.5 ghante bad hi peena hai.
Please keep this in mind as ye bada role play karta hai.

I understood that I gain weight easily even a kg with in a week, so identified as khafa. I follow this and I wake up early and sleep less.
When I used to sleep for 6hrs and did exercise daily I have constant weight for 3 years.
But at the time of lockdown I missed exercise and more sleeping I gained 5 to 7 kgs.
I will be back to my original routine and lose weight upto 10kgs.
