it is a double wishbone. short long arm. If it were a McPherson you'd have the strut bolted directly to the knuckle. Looks like a truck suspension.

Noooo! That vertical arm between the wheel and the coil spring-it is connected to the upper fork.

thats not drive shaft, that's steering rack
