Oof, if you don't negotiate for a significant discount like base price starting at $550 - $600K instead of 712K you're doing your clients a major disservice, they'll be holding the bag. Central Florida prices are dropping fast.

The design studio is a money pit! It is for rich. Choosing from a variety of options sounds empowering, but that is what is going to keep home ownership out of reach for many Americans; a lot of wood for a lot of money. Fortunately, if you can avoid any place that requires you to meet with the builder in the design studio or choose from options, you can still find an affordable decent home. Let your only choice or option be the entire move-in ready home. Buy it the way you buy broccoli! Talk to the builder only when you need some touch-up where things were not done properly.
Way too expensive! Any affordable homes in this community 350-500k
