    Bayya miru cheppindi correct but with TDEE we can loose weight even by eating all calories from junk food like cake, icecream ....main point is we loose weight and our BMR will also be reduced and your muscle will also be reduced. Now after loosing weight after some days or months you start to eat normal food again now you gain double the weight. My point is choose a method (diet - eat homemade food and seasonal fruits plus exercise)which you can do for minimum of 5 years with consistency then you will carry that for life. Just don't follow easy methods to loose weight in couple of months.

    Bro, good information first of all. I am not into carnivore, not into vegan or not into keto.
    I would like to ask you a question, eee boomi meedha a janthuvu annam, chapathi, sugar or sweets, junk foods ……roti ……. Thintunayi?
    Leave about dogs or cats which stay in our environment, I am basically talking about animals in the jungle. Hope you agree that humans are also an animal on this planet correct?, so what I mean is eee boomi meedha either it is non veg or veg which are we getting directly from the earth are obviously good for us and the one which we created are not good for health ( rice, roti, chapathi, pappu we may have cultivated these but remember we will not get these by default from the earth like other foods non veg, vegetables and fruits( better we consider seasonal fruits in that season as there are multiple methods nowadays to grow season fruits in unseason hope you got it?)
    And finally I can say human body is made up of so many crores of cells, and huge nerves system and so on. Each and every body part will be communicated with other this will be happen only because of hormones and almost all diseases in the body and either it is weight gain are because of the hormonal imbalance and I strongly agree if we eat proper food and all hormones will be well balanced and we will be free with all these diseases 😊
