Neely committed assault by threatening the lives of others, and Penny defended those people. The justice system worked perfectly this time around, thankfully.

Thank God the elderly threatened didn't have strokes or heart attacks. The children should be medically check for psychological trauma. The city authorities should use taxes to make the city's public transportation safe for all. May God bless Daniel Penny for protecting the weak and defendless. Amen 🇺🇸

Penny stepped in to save a woman and her baby from being assaulted! He was found not guilty by a JURY OF HIS PEERS! And where was Neely’s family before he died? Neely had an extensive history of drug and mental health issues, including schizophrenia. Wikipedia: Neely had an extensive criminal record, including 42 arrests on charges including petty larceny, jumping subway turnstiles, theft, and three unprovoked assaults on women in the subway between 2019 and 2021. One of the assaults he broke the orbital bone around the eye of one of his victims!

Congratulations to Daniel Penny and gratitude to the jury for carefully evaluating the evidence. This case highlights serious concerns about potential biases and the influence of politics within the justice system. Moving forward, it is imperative to hold officials accountable for any misuse of power, whether at the city, suburban, or state level. Our justice system must be impartial and focused on fairness, not influenced by political or ideological agendas. The need for meaningful reform has never been clearer, ensuring that all citizens can trust the integrity of the legal process. Let this moment inspire constructive action toward a better system for all.

11:36 nope. If it was my family member who was killed in this fashion. I would be ashamed of them and myself for not taking care of him and having him take responsibility for his actions. I have a family member who’s serving life in prison and not a soul in our family was out protesting the streets and blaming the police. When we looked at the facts of the case when we saw the evidence of the crimes she committed and the videos she made. My cousins family immediately separated themselves from her and apologized to the victims families, as good as that did. There’s something I’ve noticed about certain groups in this country, that no matter how overwhelming the evidence is against the guilty. They refuse to take accountability, refuse to believe the facts and it’s always someone else’s fault. Instead of accepting reality and holding their own families accountable. When you do that, it’s easier to get justice when injustice occurs, because it’s abnormal. It stands out. But when every single crime committed is an injustice, everyone just rolls their eyes and no one believes you anymore. It’s the boy who cries wolf. Clearly accountability is not being taught to people these days.

Where was your cry 'the system is rigged' back then between 2013-2021!!!! It really makes me sick that he’s still got the civil suit to deal with. It wouldn’t surprise me if the civil suit ends up being like a hundred million or something that he’ll never pay off.

Good to see some New Yorkers have common sense. Daniel should be compensated for being victimized by a corrupt NY court.

The baiters are triggered. They want to “beat the system” and capitalize on this tragedy. But there’s still hope for NY. The DA wanted to crucify a samaritan, but was rebuked.

Today is a tough day for some people. You should check in on those people to show you care. And by check on them, I mean check on them and their wife's boyfriends.
