    Hello doctor Yun!... I’m from NYC and would love to meet you for a consultation. I’ve been on a weight loss journey and still working on it. This journey takes a lot of determination but I’m 44 years old with skin hanging and it’s hurting my self esteem terribly. I’ve been through a lot and was weighing 420 pounds and lost 90 pounds . I’m not stopping Dr. Yun cuz I do want to live and experience more things in life. God bless doctor and thank you for all your wonderful videos 🙏🙏🙏

    I’m so glad I found this video. I’m about to get plastic surgery (liposuction and BBL) my doctor recommended Vaser lipo instead of the traditional lipo, but after watching your video I think I will go with the “traditional liposuction”. I’m also having doubts about getting the BBL done after learning how high the risk is. Thanks for info doc!

      I wish I could talk to you about this. I have broad shoulders attempt to put on a lot of fat in my upper body and very little on my hips as a woman I wish I had narrow shoulders, fat, fat, less stomach fat about that is both genetically and hormonally predetermined so my thinking is, if you remove fat from your trunk or from your arms, it’s gonna accumulate when you gain weight and all people do possibly in the neck or back of the body or somewhere strange before you gain it in your hips or elsewhere, but if you take it out of all those problem areas for me, arms and injected into other area that have very little likelihood where is the last place where you put your body fat on say hips and both then you have much more of a likelihood keeping balance proportion of keeping the proportions life or balance proportions. The only other thing I’ve seen that isn’t always so good and some people who removed drunk and stomach fat see that their stomach is hard but sticks out and my guess is, the body put on the midsection to accumulating visceral fat, which is dangerous and healthy unhealthy. My best bet would be after you’ve done all the fasting exercise whatever in the world things that don’t treat change proportion remove fat in all the areas as many as you can, you don’t like, put them in areas that you need and if you are worried about putting fat in other areas like BBL then make sure they take all the fat out in your trouble areas. I’ve seen some bad things for Britney Spears. She must’ve taken it out of her midsection over and over again, but now she has no hips and upper body and really doesn’t look good, before she has a much more feminine proportion, the factor is cortisol affecting distribution as well as other hormones I think estrogen progesterone and so you know people transitioning through hormone therapy and change a lot during puberty and possibly maintains them afterwards I mean, this is also big in menopausal women to grow hair on their face lose their buttsand gain more midsection essentially becoming more like men because estrogen dropping, so I don’t know my main goal and it sounds like yours as well balance from feminine fat distribution whether you lose or gain weight people are going to lose and gain weight

      @@zoeskyla I had Vevazz and had amazing results. I did like 12 sessions. After the first couple sessions I really noticed a difference. Then after each session my pants would literally be more loose. There is a newer service that is even more amazing (so I'm told) which is Trifecta Light Contouring. These treatments shrink fat cells, they do not eliminate them.
      Last, if you want to eliminate the fat cells, then I would recommend the newest treatment from France that is FDA cleared, Cryoskin. The results are slower only because you can only have treatments every other week. Typically it takes 6 treatments for maximum results. I did one treatment on inner thighs and one on chin, jaw line. I saw immediate results..injist wasn't able to keep going for treatments but it was not painful at all. Just a little warmth but like a warm washcloth feeling, not pain at all.

  • @AdipescentCat
    @AdipescentCat 3 ปีที่แล้ว +28

    I’m curious how aging will affect your body when you get these procedures. You kill off the fat cells and they don’t come back. As you age and get older, will you experience uneven loose skin or fat protrusions on the border areas where you sculpted? I would imagine many divets and stuff??

      Most ppl get loose skin as they age its part of the aging process and u only get indents etc if u remove to much fat and the theropist shouldnt do it if they know there isn't enough fat

    • @visionvixxen
      @visionvixxen หลายเดือนก่อน

      Any surgeon worth their weight will remove only the deepest layers of fat and will do it as heavenly as possible, and not the superficial ones or subcutaneous tissue so really what dictates is not the volume underneath but it’s the amount of subcutaneous tissue you have and depending on what age you do this You were going to have good results. I think you’d have a problem if you’re removing like half your body weight which doesn’t happen and is dangerous, but in any case, usually leaves a lot of fat skin so there shouldn’t be any problems due to aging the only problems would be dueto uneven fat removal and bodies response to and scarring, but these are more immediate issues and not long-term

      100% concern and no one ever talks about this, but for example, if you tend to put on midsection South or upper body even and in general odds, are you gonna increase in any area in that region and most probably visceral fat, which is around your organs and very dangerous. I’ve seen this in several people, where they lean everywhere but their stomach sticks out and a lot, and you can tell it visible fat and not just lose muscle tone and background just makes sense. No one talked about.

If someone removes fat from under the chin, aren't they going to wind up with loose skin there? Wouldn't that then more than likely require some sort of surgical procedure to pick up the loose skin? @@daniellamarquez9482 , Yes, it's Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia. Dr. Youn speaks about it in a few of his videos and recently in his video titled, "5 Biggest Secrets Plastic Surgeons Don't Want You To Know." Sometimes the cold can kill fat cells while other fat cells can expand and become hard or lumpy, therefore making the area to be treated larger or more unsightly than it was before. I believe this rarely happens under the chin, but happens more commonly on tummy and inner thigh areas. In my opinion the best way to remove fat is liposuction and the melting process called Sculpture as Dr. Youn mentions in this video. Sculpture is a heating process that kills the fat cells. Heat is definitely better for some people (like me) while cold may be better for others. Wish I had known about Sculpture before I had cool sculpting done.

      @@gigid9606 The only thing is surgery is what I am told by the professionals. I worked out and built up my inner thigh muscles, but eventually I will need to have surgery as I age because it is hard to keep muscle tone as one ages. Luckily, I didn't do several different areas before I tested the results. I have heard of much worse from other people who didn't know the risks.

      I think it depends on how old you are. I had Exilis on my jawline and neck, it did nothing. Just had a facelift, age 66. Doctor said things like Exilis, Ultherapy, etc. only work to a point. If you are too old or the sagging is too much, you will not get results.

    But I have heard that our DNA replenishes the number of fat cells in the body to the same amount.

    • @babayaga9362
      @babayaga9362 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Our DNA doesnt replenish fat. Our body is made to store excess carbs in adipose tissue. It's a survival. Our DNA just predisposes us to retain more in certain area. DNA holds and uses amino acids. The adipose tissue is food reserves for our body that eventually is burned when in a caloric deficit. The problem is that it will always rob Peter to pay Paul. So you'll lose more in your arms, legs or face, before you lose it in your tummy, because in survival, it will always vouche to protect the core and sacrifice the limbs. Thats also why it is the first place to get pudgy.

    Not just small people feeling smaller.
    I would totally spend the money if I was guaranteed it’s not just sales :(
    It sounds so so great… even modest results….but needing to work so hard and accidentally buying the wrong one or that it’s just a advertisement…would be such a waste and disappointment
