The problem with her not wanting illit to be connected to her group is mostly because they are identical. I don’t think she would have had that problem if they had their own style.

Here’s my theory: the reason as to why illit is so similar to newjeans is because they are supposed to be their replacement. Hear me out now, if newjeans decide to leave hybe, it will be quite a loss for the company as the girls were doing really well and bringing good profit to the company. So, in case newjeans leaves, hybe has a second option: illit, with a very similar concept but who also have the advantage of being a big 3 company group. This is all just speculation and it is not based on any proof.
In the press conference minheejin stated that illit was brought in to replace newjeans as hybe wanted to fire minheejin and hybe knew if minheejin left the company so would mewjeans so hybe decided to give up on newjeans and create illit to replace newjeans
That theory does make a lot of sense because why would you want to create a direct competitor (very similar concept, same target audience) within your own corporation? Why not create a group with a different concept that attracts an audience with a different taste?

HOW CAN MHJ TAKE OVER ADOR WHEN SHE ONLY HAS 18%? That’s the reason why Hybe wanted her to resign. In order for her to take over ADOR, she needs 51% or more. So she only needs 33% more. But how can she get that when HYBE owns 80%? MHJ needs to buy 33% but im sure HYBE will not sell their shares to MHJ considering the fact that they want her to step down. That alone is very sus. Why ask MHJ to step down in a very public manner when you already know for a fact that she CANT take over Ador since you already own 80%?
Did you miss the part where she was accused to have been contacting investors from other countries to invest in ADOR and buy the shares? Basically, HYBE was supposed to sell the shares to investors brought in by MHJ not to MHJ directly. Not even a rookie would make that mistake let alone HYBE.

The executives are betray their very own idols by mass producing a branding that should have been unique to active idols. Case in point, the comparison between NJ and Illit, we can’t deny their similarities, hence, it’s mind-blowing how no one in the higher ups had thought that maybe their decisions would lead to them stripping their idol groups of unique identifiers. If you are going to debut a group with a similar concept, why not debut after a few years when your active group has peaked already? And no, that is not competition. That just opens a can of worms for fans to pit idol groups against each other, which is actually worse if you think about it.

I believe Min Hee Jin about everything surrounding NewJeans' creation (expect for her overplaying her name's influence in a HYBE audition) and their debut. This combined with HYBE going all out for Le Sserafim's promotions, while NewJeans got way less ways to promote themselves outside of their releases, even though NewJeans were still being on par / even surpassing Le Sserafim's popularity would frustrate any one in charge of Ador / NewJeans. But I'm also 100% certain, that she wanted to get HYBE out of Ador using illegitimate means like media play, and sketchy investment options into the company. Ador is a collaboration project of HYBE and Min Hee Jin in which HYBE provided money, infrastructure, talent and a platform, all while Min Hee Jin got the creative freedom, lack of which prompted her leave at SM Entertainment. Hybe (who are the majority shareholder of Ador) trying to get rid of her first before her plan sets into motion is completely understandable.

I agree with others that waiting for court cases to show evidence is important. I also think the people that should be listened to first is the group directly, and second would be the parents. I am concerned that the parents were so dissatisfied with the treatment of their daughters.
