Great knowledge sir I'm 20byrs old and I have floaters . I had cataract surgery in left eye causing floaters in the eye 2 to 3 months back i found a flashes in the eye but when I meet doctor they said it's because of floaters only and not bcoz of retina problem. Does this happens ?
Flashes happen when the retina gets pulled by the vitreous. You should avoid heavy physical activity for atleast 6 weeks and have a follow up check up by a retina specialist. I hope your retina was examined in detail before by a retina specialist. Take care.

So I wanted to tell you what helped for me. I noticed the floaters about 5 years ago and i lived with it. I read a lot of info and watched lots of videos. I had a bit of encouragement when I tried the pineapple suggestions and I believe I saw a minor improvement. Now without focusing on the floater I began taking a multivitamin, an iron supplement and B complex. I would say its been about a year and a half and i realize that the floater is about 10% what it was. I was actually looking for it one day and couldn't make it come back . Obviously I could provide a lot more detail but as an overview that's all I did so ignore or draw your own conclusions.

I was living with the floaters that I don't even remember for how long but I will say the change of addiction g supplements which was not even directly in an effort to combat the floaters I will list. The only thing I did after reading and for cures was tey the pineapples amd pineapple juice and all us sufferers can relate that one day u might THINK u see a little relief which I did ever so slightly. It was to my best recall about a year after waking up every morning and I would take Couple mouthfuls of lakewood beet juice Couple mouthfuls of lakewood pomegranate juice I took a centrum multivitamin Jamieson vitamin d3 1000 iu Jamieson 75 b complex and an iron supplement . Again I'm not sure what worked . I used to day its 85% gone but I'll say it's 90% . As I type this now I look out my window and am so relieved to appreciate the view . For what it's worth I also prayed.

Hello sir I am very high myopic and had few floaters. I started doing anulom vilom pranayama for more than half n hour each day and after a month I realized my floaters have increased. Got my retina checked by 3 different retina specialists and they all said my retina is fine. Sir can floaters increase if one does anulom vilom pranayama rapidly.

Dr.i have two floaters and get flashes also for the past 15 days. I am 67 years and I lost my husband 13 months back until expectedly due to Corona. Sir i had a problem in my retina two years back.. And now today suddenly floaters are being shown.. Although it s being down a litte.. Sir please tell me how serious problem it can be.
Its been 1.5 months that i have been taking pineapple. What i have noticed is that my floaters are still there but the Vitreous seems to have become much more liquid. Is this healthy? As you mentioned Vitreous liquefy with age, but here with 1.5 months of pineapple i see that my eye is more liquid and floaters are very fluid now. Please share your thoughts. Thank you in advance.
Vitreous gel liquifies with age. Enzyme in pineapple speeds up that process. Floaters tend to settle down faster if vitreous is liquid. There is no proven study over this. But it has helped a few people
Same here brother…… After eating the pineapple it became more liquid……. Now floaters are not steady……. They move very quickly along with the eye movements…… And I noticed that …… Now somehow most of the floaters settle down within few seconds…… But when you change the position of the eye….. They flaw like insanely
@@JeelShihora I stopped pineapple after 1.5 months for this very reason. It is expediting the aging of the eyes. We don't want to create another issue to fix one. I talked to an ayurvedic doctor regarding floaters and he asked me to eat "Kottakkal Mahatraiphala Ghritam" one teaspoon morning and one teaspoon in the evening with warm milk/water for 6 months. He said it is a long-term process. I have completed only 15 days so can't say anything about the effectiveness. But I can surely say that my dry eye condition has improved. Hoping for the best! Don't worry. First get a retina checkup by a retina specialist. If retina has no breaks, then floaters will reduce on their own, but it may a long time as vitreous gel is dense in young age.

Floaters reduce on their with time. But in young age it may take several years. Just have regular retina check ups and report any new floaters or flashes to your doctor.

I'm 20byrs old and I have floaters . I had cataract surgery in left eye causing floaters in the eye 2 to 3 months back i found a flashes in the eye but when I meet doctor they said it's because of floaters only and not bcoz of retina problem.
Does this happens ?
Flashes happen when the retina gets pulled by the vitreous. You should avoid heavy physical activity for atleast 6 weeks and have a follow up check up by a retina specialist. I hope your retina was examined in detail before by a retina specialist.

So I wanted to tell you what helped for me.
I noticed the floaters about 5 years ago and i lived with it. I read a lot of info and watched lots of videos.
I had a bit of encouragement when I tried the pineapple suggestions and I believe I saw a minor improvement.
Now without focusing on the floater I began taking a multivitamin, an iron supplement and B complex.
I would say its been about a year and a half and i realize that the floater is about 10% what it was.
I was actually looking for it one day and couldn't make it come back .
Obviously I could provide a lot more detail but as an overview that's all I did so ignore or draw your own conclusions.

I started doing anulom vilom pranayama for more than half n hour each day and after a month I realized my floaters have increased.

I am very hopeful for your well-being .My name is Abdul Hakeem and belong to Pakistani, my age is 55 years. I am suffering from Congenital Pathological Myopia with posterior staphyloma. My eye number prescription is for right eye( sph -6.0 cyl -4.50 axis 90) and for left eye( sph -7.0 cyl -4.50 axis 90) . There was no any problem in the past to perform routine activities even in writing and reading work but now I am facing acute problem particularly in reading and writing. As I have got my central vision blaired in both eyes for the last 3 years.
Dr Sahib. my both eyes see the image Blaired in State position but while I slightly deviate my eyes towards nose direction, the image becomes clear but I loose focus on image and text.

Its been 1.5 months that i have been taking pineapple. What i have noticed is that my floaters are still there but the Vitreous seems to have become much more liquid. Is this healthy? As you mentioned Vitreous liquefy with age, but here with 1.5 months of pineapple i see that my eye is more liquid and floaters are very fluid now. Please share your thoughts. Thank you in advance.
Vitreous gel liquifies with age. Enzyme in pineapple speeds up that process. Floaters tend to settle down faster if vitreous is liquid. There is no proven study over this. But it has helped a few people

Now floaters are not steady……. They move very quickly along with the eye movements…… And I noticed that …… Now somehow most of the floaters settle down within few seconds…… But when you change the position of the eye….. They flaw like insanely
@@JeelShihora I stopped pineapple after 1.5 months for this very reason. It is expediting the aging of the eyes. We don't want to create another issue to fix one. I talked to an ayurvedic doctor regarding floaters and he asked me to eat "Kottakkal Mahatraiphala Ghritam" one teaspoon morning and one teaspoon in the evening with warm milk/water for 6 months. He said it is a long-term process. I have completed only 15 days so can't say anything about the effectiveness. But I can surely say that my dry eye condition has improved. Hoping for the best! now 2 yers my right side eye floters 4/5 every day time i seen . Eye expert also checked but they said some take dry eye drop liquid .but still not good.
