Sir, I have Macular edema due to BRVO in Right Eye, This happened 2 years ago and since then I have taken 10 Anti VEGF injections (Avastin and Zaltrap) and latest dose of Ozudex as I have stopped responding to Avantin and Zaltrap. Please let me know if Laser treatment will help me to reduce frequest injections. But with these injections I am able to maintain 20 20 Vision. Also will I loose vision due to Laser as it is a destructive process.

You should go for a retina specialist, these test are not necessary. A dilated eye can easily detect this with naked eyes.

Sir, I have Macular edema due to BRVO in Right Eye, This happened 2 years ago and since then I have taken 10 Anti VEGF injections (Avastin and Zaltrap) and latest dose of Ozudex as I have stopped responding to Avantin and Zaltrap. Please let me know if Laser treatment will help me to reduce frequest injections. But with these injections I am able to maintain 20 20 Vision. Hllo sir i was diagnosed with mutiple lattice with hole and i did the barrage lazer treatment for them . What are the precautions should i take .. and how can i make my retina strong so that no new holes or lattice forms . I will be in Daily checkup but still what are the steps i should take in my diet or daily life ..
Btw my age is 25 .
Avoid sudden jerks to the head and neck, avoid sudden bending, lifting heavy weights, take a healthy diet, get regular retina check ups.

Sir what about retinitis pigmentosa? Is there really absolutely no cure?
Unfortunately there is no effective and permanent cure as of now. Research is ongoing for stem cell and gene therapy.
But complications of RP like cataract/ macular edema / macular hole / Epiretinal membrane can be cured.

PDT is done for recurring CNVM, but as far as I know, its not available in India anymore

recovery chances depend on health of retina and optic nerve. Precautions depend on type of surgery done by your surgeon. Children are surprisingly resilient

You should get a detailed eye checkup with pressure check, Cataract check up and retina check up
Sir,Iam suffering from WMD for last 3 years.But it was diagnosed 2 ýears ago.I have taken taken 5 Anti VEGF.But symptoms recur again after 2 months.I am 81 years old.Financially I can't cope with such costĺy treatment Can laser /steroid therapy will help? Whether Squalamine eye drop has arrived in the market or not.If laser or steroid is possible then what expense would incur.If I alone come to Indore would my treatment be possible?Be compassionate and reply forthwith

Sir me 25 years ka hu, cricket ball lagne ki Baja se retina me barrage sargary karne ki 40 din ho gaya kya tha pehlevi flases ata tha lekin ab mera akho me kus dot jesa flases tejise ghum te he koivi field me dekho tu dot(....) Sir mera barrage laser(argon laser) se treatment hua tha par flashing aur floaters hai abhi bhi hote hai. Iska almost 6 months hogaya hai. Main 19 yrs old hu. Sir ye symptoms ko jane me kitna time lagega. Aur sir aap jo epiretinal membrane ka bare me bole hai kya wo serious hai?

Hello sir Maine last year barrage laser treatment karvayi thi dono eyes ki for latices andweak ratina ke liye but uske baad se meri dono eyes main bharipan rehta hai and eye sight bhi kaafi ho rahi hai left side ki reading no use karti hu padhne ke liye and or kya karna chahiye iske alawa eyes ke comfort ke liye because jab se laser karvaya hai bahut discomfort rehta hai
