Great turitial, could i change the gold for green food colour as I've been asked for a Ghostbusters cake thought it would look great as green slime. Any ideas please? Xx
Definitely yes! You can change it to any color that you like or theme of the cake. Just omit the white food color to make it more translucent, making the drip look more of a slime-like effect. Sorry I awhile to respond.

@@DonnaliciousBakeshopManila Yes...ma’am. This will be my first time with a drip as I’ve only did a chocolate one on a basic cake. ?tion Donna. To achieve the gold you have on that BEAUtiful pink cake...you said use dust instead of the liquid. Now that one is painted on correct? Or-am I able to mix it in with the ganache and achieve that shiny metallic gold. Sorry for the question hun but just want to be sure. That’s one of the BEST & brightest gold drips I’ve seen.
@@BookofRevelation2211 that's a good question you have there. If you watched the 3:05 part - replace it with mettalic dust BUT Do not mix it in! Just sprinkle/scatter it on top of the ganache before pouring it onto your cake. That should do the trick! And Pls remember my tip on this video about the "consistency". That's another trick. And of course with enough practise, you can make this perfect. I also did a lot of fails before I ended with these cakes. Hope this helps! ❤️
