Yes, instant yeast will also work well here. If you have a recipe you like, you can give it a try. I personally prefer a yeast dough for this recipe since the dough is extra soft and fluffy :)

+helen koukoulis It's the secret to making the cinnamon rolls very soft, otherwise they will become dry. The cream will get absorbed into the dough and you'll get the softest and most amazing cinnamon rolls :)

The cream makes the biggest difference! I use this trick for all my rolls recipes and it makes the rolls very soft. I hope you love them!

Oh no :( make sure your yeast isn't expired! Also, make sure the milk isn't too hot - too hot and it will kill the yeast bacteria
