1- post escape , while holding LT and RT flick the right stick up to escape out the post then proceed to either crossover or attack open side.
3- escape dribble, flick the right stick back when defense is cutting you off. left stick shouldn't be aimed up but to the right or left.
4 - advance dribble, while you have momentum let go of turbo and make sure left stick is aiming straight up and flick right stick down.

You showing the moves but not how to actually pull them off
Post fade-away is unstoppable, cannot be contested when done with players like Kareem and Yao, greens easy, you can outpace a 3 pt shooting player with the mere fact that it’s nearly impossible to miss, gives you take over and then start dropping stepping. As easy as it is to do, it should be added to the list. Good video though, 100% agree with everything you did show.

your right, i've seen people running Simmons at PF, would be a good move to use seeing he is probably faster than all PF... for editing just search youtube for anything you want to learn. thats how i learned everything i do in my videos including thumbnail editing.

Every position except majority of centers can pull it off but players like Blake who is usually faster than the other PF gets the step on them consistently.

Another dope vid btw. What playbook do you use as a go to? 2k updated a lot of playbooks so I don’t know any that are good.
all year for myteam i have been using the nets playbook and it hasn't been adjusted so i'm sticking with it.. that playbook has all the plays from the first 2k19 video i posted. although 80% of the time i don't use plays. i only use it when i need a sure bucket. i use cheap tricks to get easy buckets mostly .
I got to learn that post escape for my 6 10 point forward, sometimes they put me in the low post for the iso

Been trying the post escape move on my 6’10 Point Forward on Rec, why do you choose flick up on the RS rather than down? I can’t see the difference in the two even though they are listed in the controls as different moves

i usually play myteam and playnow online so we cant adjust sliders or change game difficulty but if i'm playing quick match then i play on hall of fame.

The spin layup doesnt work anymore cause you get stripped almost every single time
thats cause you probably doing it at the wrong time. i don't use it when a guard or good stealer is anywhere around me. good for in transition when bigs are chasing you down.
@@MRNBA2K I feel like height might affect how effective the spin layup is. My guy is 5'11 and spin layups are just useless 9/10 times
