Better than most crossfitters. Never sacrifice form for reps. Form is what will keep you safe and fit for life. Also, try some different grip styles. Different grip, different muscle recruitment. Still a pull-up.
Fantastic work my friend. There's a rather alarming yet humorous interview I saw years and years ago with Brian Shaw, four time winner of world's strongest man competition. The interviewer asked Brian, off handedly right in the middle of a slew of questions how many pull ups he could do. Brian stared blankly at the interviewer and replied, "I don't do pull ups". A video later surfaced of him doing his absolute best at the chin up bar, and he managed to do 6........6. If the world's strongest man can't even get into the double digits of pull ups, view that as the challenge. Keep going!
The perfect clean pull-up is start with straight arms and then laying the chin on the bar, i know I am very strict :-). Indeed it was very close and you will do it very soon perfect
Nice
@@InfamousSmile thank you so much!

@@jahmanborneo1343 Man! This made my day. I'm very happy to hear this! Very good advice, too. I'll definitely start introducing more reps, grips, etc.
That definitely counts. Good job!
I love it! Thank you! Time to work on more reps, then!
1 clean pull up, chin higher than ever before + 1 almost there. really hoping for 2 tomorrow
Well done! Great job on the progress!

I'd call that a pull-up! Congratulations.
