Of course! Sometimes I feel a bit repetitive since I eat similar things often, hope that still helps 😬

I’ve followed you since you posted your 1st video and have loved how you share your journey with us. I am not 100% plant based but do eat like that about 80 percent of the time. My goal is to become 100% plant based and hopefully my husband and kids follow ❤

That's still amazing, progress over perfection. Cheers to leading the way for your family ✨

Loved this video Milly!! I’ve been trying to stick to the Starch Solution diet but it’s been hard because I then have to make 2 meals. This video really helped remind me about balance and enjoying our time with loved one even if that means a bit of oil. The veggie tofu meat really hits my heart when I’m craving a sandwich! 🥪
Yes we would love to see a your husband in a video.

That is so rough, every family & circumstance is different so it might look different and that’s okay.
Yesss! Tofu meat makes a great sandwich!

So good to hear your story! Husband and I went vegan 2.5 years ago; the benefits have been life changing. However, sometimes my husband craves steak, he was a MEAT LOVER- medium rare kinda guy. it makes me sad lol because it makes me feel like he’s not 100% fulfilled like I am. He ate a steak once at a party (about a year ago) and he said he felt amazing. Like a rush of energy. But he said he wouldn’t want to go back to eating meat and dairy because he also got cured from severe migraines but how do I deal with this ocasional meat craving ? it’s only “occasional” he says there’s nothing like a real steak and he knows no “vegan steak” could ever replace it. And i know that’s true, we didn’t go vegan because we hated meat, we liked all types of animal meat. But now the vegan in me gets sad about that lol cause there’s nothing I could cook to ever replace that.

I wouldn’t feel bad. It’s truly probably a once in 6 months kind of thing and for me every blue moon I will have a spicy chicken sandwich from Popeyes. It’s the only thing I still eat and it’s one sandwich and I’m over it till the next blue moon. I would consider it a win cuz he doesn’t want to go back to that lifestyle. A day may come when he won’t miss it.

      Hi friend ☺️
That's incredible! it's amazing the change that it can make, right? I totally relate to the sad feeling lol when my husband was mostly plant based and would have a burger or something I would feel the same way. The change is definitely still worth celebrating and like @shayalmasy101 commented below, maybe one day he won't miss it. Closest I can compare is how much I still weirdly miss hot Cheetos because I have so many memories eating them when I was younger and nothing can fully compare lol

Wow thank you both for the replies! ❤️That is so true, that’s how I look at hot Funyuns, I was obsessed with them lol never thought about it that way.

What do you like most about coffee? Is it the taste or the caffeine or something else?

Thanks! I love the taste & smell & the caffeine does give me a nice boost to my mornings 😁 but my favorite is having a cup of coffee in a coffee shop. It’s the atmosphere, the people you meet & I just think there’s something so special about sitting with a friend and talking over a cup of coffee 😊
