More people need to know about roasted broccoli along with roasted cauliflower and most vegetables roasting them! If you put a little olive oil salt pepper and seasoning on asparagus and roasted the tips become French-fried and it is so delicious that I made 2 lb of one evening for the week and I ate the entire tray that evening! :-)

well done. I bake beetroot in wrapped in foil. poke some holes in the beetroot, cover with olive oil, wrap in foil and bake on a baking tray along with the squash cut in half and drizzle with olive. The baking time is a little longer but wherever possible I don't peel vegges and produce before cooking.
