    The Journey So Far is something to write home about
    I was observing your environs and i noticed you are the only person that has gotten to the level you have...inspite of nobody been around you carried on with the work and poured resources into it. Are Lands still available at your area and how much if yes?

      You are very right.There are couple of completed houses around but largely a well developing community.Mine stands tall at this very area at the moment.You can email me at andohec500@yahoo.com to get a contact of the land owners.
      It’s a stool land in Kumasi.
      Thank you.

    Hi thanks for the insight. I got a quick question.
    What the secret behind rough plastering, are you going to tile the whole building?

    • @CITIZEN_ANDOH
      @CITIZEN_ANDOH  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No I wouldn’t be tiling the building,although there would be some natural stone works coming up soon.
      The outside weather especially rain and sun will make the smooth walls crack easily but rough ones doesn't. Basic logic, smooth walls don't expand and contract easily with changing weather (especially the cement, which contracts and expands) . Hence better to go rough on outside walls or keep the cement low.
      I hope this helps and thanks for being part of this channel

    Please i heard hidden roofing has leaking issues ..can u explain a bit to me

    • @CITIZEN_ANDOH
      @CITIZEN_ANDOH  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hidden roofing has its pros and cons as any other roofing.Leakages may occur when there’s not enough slop (slant) in the roof insulation to allow smooth passage of rainwater.
      It mostly has its concrete gutters constructed within the roofing area and waterproofing systems need to be considered.Construction of the gutters come with extra cost(Iron rods,concrete) and specialist are required for that to make sure there’s no stagnant water when it rains because it weakens the concrete gutters with time hence causing leakage.
      You could have hidden roofing without any issues when you have knowledgeable professionals to deal with that and regular inspection up roof is needed.
      Thanks for your comment.
