Yessss! I’ve grown stronger with Charlie than I ever have before. For me, she somehow allows me to work on strength without being exhausting or intimidating. I’ve tried other more advanced TH-cam yoga teachers, but they’re always too much for me. Charlie hits the sweet spot, it’s amazing!
This is the video I really needed!! Yoga is the only type of exercise I really enjoy and that always seems fun but I actually was very pessimistic about it helping me with my strength. I always wanted to become stronger but was discouraged because I thought I had to go to the gym to achieve any results. I’m so happy to know yoga can help me achieve my goal and make my body healthier and stronger!! I almsot didn't do yoga today but then I got this video recommended to me and it really motivated me to get up and do it. I feel so much better physically and mentally whenever I do yoga, it's really my favourite form of movement and exercise. Anyways, I'm gonna finish this video now lmao

Loved this video! I have been doing everyday yoga everyday for two months and was surprised when I started gaining muscle. I would also suggest Ariana elizabeth’s videos for strength.
