Thnx, just did mines! The second one was easier than the 1st of course. Smh gotta make sure you have enough slack in the wires so when you connect they don't slip out
Bout to do these as my first mod. Also found some aftermarket reps of the updated front foglight garnish that I might try. Couldnt find the rears for the sedan.

It will fit the hatchback as long as you have the same style rear bumper and thanks!
For the 2020 model there is no need to remove the screws. Just take the pannel of and it's open

This video is really helpful! I'm trying to do this to my civic as well. Are the two screws easy to find? I can't find the screws anywhere along the backside of where the reflector is
Yea they are pretty easy to find, it’s just a tight location for the top screws

Just installed mine and my running rear lights don't work. The blinker and the brake lights work but nothing will allow the running taillights to turn on. And now my front side marker lights aren't working 😢

I have a 2013 civic si and i recently installed the led reflectors and they work but only when i come to a stop and use my turn signals. There is a problem to that which is my tail lights. My tail lights aren’t on at night and i had people flash at me from behind since my tail lights are out. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
Ugggh so I installed these, the left one works, the right one comes on but doesn’t brake or turn signal, gonna have to return and try again lol
hey man, I installed mine today using your video and it was a great help, I was wondering I ran into some problems after I installed which now my SYSTEM BREAKS and some other lights turning on and when I try to drive the car it won't let me shift to any gear(yet the car is On working fine)
That’s odd, disconnect the negative terminal from the battery for a couple minutes then reconnect it. Go for a 10 min drive then turn the car off and on and see if that helps

I’m back did all that battery removing therm I already but didn’t work it was just a the stoping light fuse had gone bad switched it all my problems gone and car looking nice !

Hey, big fan of your videos! How did you do this without splicing. You make it seem like there are naked ports on these connectors you can just jack the wires into. Is that all? No quick splicers necessary? Cause all the vids I've watched they're using quick splicers.

Wait, how did you plug the socket back in 5:47, if you just plugged the wire directly to the harness (no splicing/TTap)? Won't the thickness of the wires prevent you from plugging it back into the socket? Or you'll damage the LED reflector wires, trying to plug the harness back?
You have to trim enough of the plastic around the wire to clear. It’s a snug fit but it works great

I’m pretty sure the steps are similar but you have additional screws to remove. I’ve seen someone do it on TH-cam so try searching up to confirm!

Recommend to change the rear bulbs to LED too. basically i changed all the rear bulbs to LED(signal, brake and reverse). Its much brighter and the signals goes off and on and does not fade like the filament bulbs

I didn’t get these exact lights, but some other brand from amazon. The apparently kept blowing fuses in my civic so I had to get my car serviced. Anyone know anything that might help?

Bro I just ordered mine on Amazon just now. Coming in tomorrow. Can't wait. The wiring on the video wasn't super specific. So my question is the wires that go from the lights to the tail light pigtails. You just stick the wires accordingly into the pig tails then just clip the other part back together? No splicing or cutting into the original wiring at all?

Definitely won’t fit. Been hunting for a coupe version but no luck. Been seeing there’s way more mods for sedan/hatchback than coupe

idfk how on earth you got the honeycomb panel off. my plastic clip remover snapped before i even got a single clip out
i also broke half the clips so now the panel is loose and still hasn’t came off
hi guys i live out here in canada, and my mechanic warned me that i should not install the rear bumper sequential lights because of the snow and salt hitting those areas, causing electrical and corrosion issues.
any one has any thoughts or feedback on the validity of this claim?

Are you just gonna stick in the wire into the pig tails (wiring hole)? If so, how long the wire holds with your everyday driving? Is there any locking mechanism to hold the wire so it won't fall off?

I had the same issue with the right side light chipping the paint. Horrible paint by Honda
They don't work on the 2021 SPORT model. The light is way too loose, even with a screw.....

I want these for my type r.... but they're actually illegal in the UK as you have to have the reflectors on the back... 😑
The reflectors are useful if you are in the dark with the car turned off and you don’t want to be rear ended

How TF did you manage to plug them back in? I tried and I cannot do it to save my life
I spent hours trying to figure this out. strip them back about a 1/4 inch each and when you plug them in, it won’t be as thick so it’ll prevent them from breaking and or falling out of the hole.
No way! I tried it and the wires did not go back onto the sockets. Only way is to cut and spice the wires. Lmao
It’s a little tricky but it does work, I still have it like that to this day!
