Dear Darla, you have a wonderful gentle way of teaching your art. I have learnt so much from you. Thank you for giving up your time. Regards Chris (UK)
How was I Luckey enough to have you demonstrate my brush designs? What a thrill to get people such as yourself and Davidographicsguy to use my new brush designs, thank you both very much!
Darla, it has been a sincere pleasure and honor to learn from you. I appreciate that you approach teaching with the desire to transfer knowledge. Thank you
Darla, I've just found your videos today and wanted to let you know that I've loved and appreciate them so very much! Thank you so much for taking the time to put this out in the world and showing how practice can make progress. You are an absolute jewel!
You did this video in one shot, that is remarkable! Your request to like your "video tape" at the end of the lesson made my day. That's really old school and I loved it... My Kafka lettering brush arrived today, so I am going to start practicing.
Hu Darla, just wanted you to know that I think you are a god send, Love your lessons and presentation and chat, I need to practice this where I live, Broxbourne UK (North London),
Appreciate the nuances that we all encounter and puzzle us. you’ve confirmed a lot of questions in the first three videos just by talking through inadequacies that seem to be commonplace. It’s humbling as letterforms as it is,Thank you for your honesty. Subscribed!
Great work, as usual Darla! Good advice about the curved letters----I will start picking up the line farther back on my previous strokes now on O's and C's!
I dont mean to be off topic but does someone know of a method to log back into an instagram account..? I was stupid forgot my account password. I love any assistance you can offer me
@Dane Calvin i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and im trying it out atm. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Dane Calvin HOLY **** IT REALLY WORKED! Literally got access to my instagram account details after about 45 mins of using the site. Had to pay 15 $ but definitely worth it :) Thanks so much you saved my account !
Darla Dee, these videos are AMAZING! Very inspiring and motivational. Keep these videos coming!! I'd like to commission you for a painted letter, what's the best way to reach you? E-mail? Thanks!
My grandchildren are the reason for my videos and your response makes me feel that I'm doing the right thing. My sons felt that this would be a great way of showing them what they themselves watched me do all of their youth. I never realized they were so influenced by it. None of the three picked up the craft but now have enough regrets that they want their children to be exposed to a passion so dear to their grandma. Your response has made it clear to me that I need to continue. Draw up papers of adoption and I'll take you with no hesitation.
You are a great teacher. Thank you!
