- The AviationFix Cherokee Six needs some maintenance! On this flight, we take N2905B, our Cherokee six, up to our maintenance shop to work out the last (hopefully) of our electrical issues before Caleb takes his instrument cross country. Since this video, Caleb passed his instrument checkride. Stay tuned for a debrief and checkride prep video going over study methods, checkride questions, and other tips and tricks he used to pass his instrument oral and checkride. Good video glad to see young adults getting involved in flying. Hope to see more videos. The Cherokee 6 was one of my favorite planes that I owned. Now flying a Malibu PA-46 great cross country plane that fits more of my needs.

Nice video and integration of the drone shots. Did you say your fuel burn is 26 on climb? Curious what is your fuel burn on cruise?
Glad you enjoyed the video! Not entirely sure what the climb burn is but that sounds about right. As far as cruise goes we plan for 18gph.
