Great video! Is it me or does Luke say "It's my favorite commander" about almost every single card lmao. Also, Krenko is beast, I recently built one and while it's not the strongest deck, it's got some fun little shenanigans, especially when I cast him turn 1 with Jeweled Lotus. 😂
I noticed. But this was about some of my literal favorite commanders, daggson, adrix and nev, and sauron are just so fun. Then I was supposed to talk about ur dragon but I switched for the bridge last second which I also love. This was pretty much 5 of my favorite commanders lol, of the commanders I listed I have all the decks currently built except nghathrod
Also still trying to get my footing, this is a different style with a "co-host" , which mean I got some learning to do. The comments really help I read ALL OF THEM, whether they are positive or negative. I can see what's good and make it better. Thank you for watching

Hell yeah! Love this list! I need to get me a captain n'ghathrod deck. Krenko is the first ever deck I've built and it's probably my most powerful deck now with additions like throne of the god pharaoh, coat of arms, Akromas memorial, Koth of the hammer, Sarkhan, Purphoros, Magewright's stone, gauntlet of power and much much more. Lol I love goblins and dragons!
My biggest thing is if I’m playing elves I’m playing black green and I play squirrels. I love whenever I make an elf that I make a squirrel and then I can just kill every creature on the board and infinite.
I'm with you on Sauron, except the other Grixis Sauron as commander. Tempt triggers, amass on everyone's cast, and he's very difficult to remove, and if they do remove him, it usually nets a trade of some level. So much fun, and you can easily run through your deck for cards with all its effects.
Great video, and Prismatic Bridge with drags seems cool. I would prolly try building turns with extra upkeep and pop the Bringers in there from Fifth Dawn.

I'm new to mtg and ive been playing a chatterfang deck online against some friends. Definitely looking for some fun decks to start beating them with cause they never let my little squirrel friends live ;-;
The capt'n was my very first commander decks and I upgraded him Soo leathly it's no joke. Just need to add a kindred doninance and fix my mana and I'm all ready to go!! One of my favorite commander decks Tom this day!
When I said having it in the command zone it means your opponents cannot permanently remove (exile or shuffle) your commander. So that ability is easily accessed thru the commander (when you play it)
So my thing is is on my goblins every single winner I play goblins and then I put them away and then the spring I actually hit bring out the elves and that’s what makes commander fun for me and then I don’t just do elves I do squirrel elves and that way I make lots of tokens and then you have lots of generators. You just have lots of fun and infinite whatever it’s easy it’s one of my decks that just doesn’t lose ever.
I would've thought Sauron, the Dark Lord would be a better choice instead. That Ward of his makes him pretty much untouchable and you get so much value in getting a huge Army easily and able to ditch your hand of junk for 4 fresh cards every time you're tempted by the ring.
What do you mean by "line of text that is powerful in the command zone" and "command zone tutors"? Are you implying that you have access to your commander's abilities while they are in the command zone? because I don't think that's how it works except for commanders that have Eminence like Edgar Markov and The Ur-Dragon.
When a card is your commander, you have guaranteed access to them, nobody can get rid of it permanently, which is what u do with threats. And a ability such as doubling tokens or looking thru your library for specific cards is very powerful to have access to.

Just bought the merfolk precon from LCI, just to have a little weaker deck, turns out hakbal is absolutely insane but also so much fun to play haha
